今日幫FD慶祝生日,特登book咗哩間和牛烤肉。晚市唔止可以散叫,仲有set可以提供。青森蘋果乳酸蘇打,入口乳酸味好重,帶出淡淡蘋果香味,好清爽。泡菜三點盛,有青瓜,泡白菜同蘿蔔。其中青瓜最惹味,食落香甜又好脆口。火炙黑毛和牛壽司,和牛同壽司飯會分開上。侍應等我們影完相,落場幫我地燒,仲會好貼心啲問熟度,我地揀咗熟少少。和牛真係入口即化,搭配埋下麵醋飯,食落唔會好滯,如果搭配埋wasabi同豉油會更加好TIM!大判燒!黑毛和牛西冷,成件和牛同A4紙差唔多大,仲要好厚切。侍應都會幫手燒埋,火候掌握得好好。搭配埋溫泉蛋一齊食用,嫩滑得來,滿滿牛脂香味。黑毛和牛特上嫩肩胛肉,牛肉雪花好靚,用大火逼出油脂,食落少少焦香。不愧係高質和牛,燒過少少都唔會韌。華味鳥雞肝,季節新品,雞肝處理得好乾淨,用咗少少鹽同胡椒調味。雞肝食落好粉嫩,鐘意食雞肝嘅一定唔好錯過。蔥鹽味牛舌,大蔥絲會分開上,仲比埋檸檬。牛舌好厚切,品質唔錯,微微燒已經可以食,食落彈牙爽口。牛腸,又係我同FD最愛。牛腸連埋內部脂肪,放落大火快燒,牛腸皮脆口,脂肪油香四溢,好食。宮崎黑毛豚香腸,香腸品質好高,食落肉味好香帶點煙熏味,唔會覺得澱粉味重,可以點埋蛋黃醬一齊食。冷面(小),最後點都要叫份主食食下。冷麵湯底酸甜清爽,搭配埋大量配菜,仲有半個溫泉蛋TIM。食肉食到好滯,啱啱好食份冷面清爽下。杏仁豆腐&糯米糍,最後會送埋甜品,杏仁豆腐爽滑香甜,糯米糍軟糯,都好好味。 continue reading

The star of the meal was undoubtedly the Kuroge Wagyu Sirloin with Egg Yolk, which boasted tender marbling and rich flavour 🥩 and it paired perfectly with the egg yolk dipping sauce 🥚.We also ordered the Wagyu Premium Flank and Wagyu Deluxe Beef Chuck, both of which showcased the quality and tenderness characteristic of Wagyu beef. The Top Blade Muscle, Pork Jowls Meat, and Japanese Chicken Thigh provided additional variety and depth of flavour to the meat.The meal was complemented by sides of Egg and Seaweed Soup and Rice with Seaweed, adding a comforting touch to the meal 🤍.
