「和牛燒肉·純」屬JA全農團體旗下成員,就開設咗正宗日本燒肉料理餐廳,並於2013年登陸香港係首間海外分店嚟㗎,而家喺尖沙咀、銅鑼灣都有分店喇。

呢間日式燒肉,一向都知佢勁。但今次食完,先知原來壽喜燒先係佢嘅隱藏武器。呢間銅鑼灣同尖沙咀都有嘅燒肉,印象中已經好多年,一直覺得佢啲燒肉好高質。今次嚟到想試吓佢嘅壽喜燒。特選日本產和牛肉眼壽喜燒2人 $1380二人份量嘅A5和牛,用嘅係最時令嘅牛肉,好似今次咁就係佐賀牛 (遲多少少應該就係飛驒牛)。無論如何,用得呢種牛肉做嘅壽喜燒,都一定係入口即溶。呢度有樣嘢好,首先肉同菜嘅份量充足,食完係真係會飽。其次係佢係全專人服侍,同一個餐會做齊關東式同關西式壽喜燒。關西式由於係煎嘅,味會明顯濃好多。至於關東式嘅溶化感就更強。點講都好,都係最高水平嘅壽喜燒了。特選日本產和牛牛排肉 $330同樣地係用上最時令嘅肉,所以望落去嘅油花一定係靚到不得了。店員會開適合嘅火力,唔會令到啲肉好黐鑊。煎完嘅和牛外脆內軟,入口溶化,誇張。冷豆腐 $38呢個就係土佐豆腐,即係會加上柴魚片同特製醬汁,咁樣只係$38,又可以清吓個palate。雪糕蜜桃梳打 $65薑味威士忌梳打 $60呢兩個嘢飲都算係幾高水準。屋企人鍾意有雪糕嘅蜜桃梳打,飲落甜甜地又有啲複雜性。但我自己就鍾意個薑味威士忌梳打,酒味唔會好嗆喉,變成相當已入口嘅凍飲威士忌,淨係睇到呢度都知係好襯日式燒肉。今餐最令我Impressed嘅,其實係服務。例如濕嘅抹手部佢會提供兩次、攞咗上枱嘅白飯如果凍咗,佢會提議換過一碗等等,都係啲難得嘅細節位。加上呢度闊落嘅環境,真係好值得帶朋友嚟happy吓。最後都留意到佢嘅lunch Menu原來好抵食,下次有機會都要試吓。 continue reading

喺銅鑼灣嘅和牛燒肉純,最近同朋友去lunch,有唔同嘅set選擇,我哋一人揀咗一款🥩分別係$380嘅精選五色和牛定食同埋$280嘅精選三色和牛定食~餐內會包埋前菜+沙律+湯🥢當然我哋兩份set都係share食,和牛有唔同部位,每份都有兩至三件🐂基本上每一款都好軟嫩,油脂平均,質地真係無投訴👍🏻當中揀特別鍾意嘅有特選和牛三角牛排肉,油花紋理鮮明,肉感十足,入口仲有種甜甜地嘅感覺。特選和牛牛排肉肉汁最多最juicy。和牛肩眼肉質相對有彈性,較有嚼勁,而肉味係最濃香嘅~另外仲有和牛上牛排肉,和牛牛排肉😋另外我地extra點咗飲品同甜品,呢度日本酒都幾多款,不過我唔飲酒就揀咗雪糕哈密瓜梳打,朋友就飲Lemon Sour🍹甜品你以為我會食雪糕?!錯了😆因為見佢有芒果布甸,所以我地都食呢個,加咗花奶啱晒我口味,而且面頭仲有芒果肉㗎🥭 continue reading

點了一個A5特選和牛肉眼&燒肉拼盤食物品質:可以直接的看出來肉的品質很好,日本和牛價格也擺在這裏 牛舌是薄切的,口感很好,其他的肉都是真的很嫩的 熟悉的牛肉在嘴裏化開的感覺( *`ω´)完全可以兩個人點份飯加在一起分!和牛因為長了很多脂肪所以其實烤的時候明顯會出很多的油,所以自己只吃肉很明顯不合適。服務員免費送了一份生菜和燒烤醬,生菜單吃也很好吃,非常的清甜,屬於不愛單獨吃生菜都能吃的很快樂的類型。 continue reading

平日午飯12:30去到,唔使等位直入。平日有好多款set lunch 揀,有熟食同燒肉。燒肉款$200起有沙律+牛+飯+飲品。前菜雜菜沙律正常,用醋調味,食落清新和牛本身好鍾意食牛既我,日式燒肉食過好多次,最唔鍾意醃左既牛肉因為咁食唔到牛既本身味道。呢間可以揀汁醃/原味我揀左原味$230三個牛肉部份(牛舌,牛紅肉,牛小排)每個部位有三塊。燒完三款都覺得唔錯,至少啲肉真係靚。淨係用鹽已經夠另一款揀左特上三品$280,有特上和牛小排,精選和牛小排同牛肩肉。全部燒完都充滿油香,雖然未到入口即溶,但和牛味道夠香夠嫩!280蚊抵俾環境方面:佢每張枱都有間格,私隱度高啲,喺卡位設計坐得舒服職員/服務: 個個侍應都有禮貌,放低熱食都會講小心睇熱。同埋無催我地買單,唔係趕頭趕命 continue reading
