星期五晚Yoasobi演唱會但夜收嘅我當然無緣睇,仲要餓到肚扁晒只能先搵間抵食燒肉頂頂肚。位置係世貿中心對面,舊東角板前個位,所以容易迷路嘅我都好易搵到😝主打燒肉定食,我就揀咗宮崎牛肩胛定食$228,包前菜(沙律,枝豆或麵豉湯),一份燒肉,飯及同甜品,幾豐富而且首單叫埋一份單點肉類都有半價之後都有加單叫埋牛舌,美國牛胸肉腹同牛板腱試埋😋另外佢亦都擺晒好多唔同醬料選擇,見到都開心🥰宮崎牛牛肩胛A4宮崎牛肩胛唔錯,本身我鍾意食牛肩胛,肉肉得來唔肥。九州牛一向過到下和牛口感又唔太貴,算抵食。南美牛舌起初2塊無咩野,正,有一塊咁硬咬唔開嘅😵點解?美國牛胸腹即係壽喜燒肥牛,比較多肥,燒完好似食緊脂肪😯牛板腱不過不失,份量係少啲,但同牛胸腹比較,我會想換走胸腹,要多份牛板腱🤤🤤 continue reading

以前食燒肉like,但限時無辦法慢慢燒過癮。不是幫網上平台做廣告,但真系睇到有優惠券立即搶一張。二人餐248元,不限時,而且不夠飽又可以自己加下餐點,幾抵食。醬料相對其他燒肉店多好多,不過不是自己秘制之類。可以符合諸多好味,真系好可惜無蒜蓉。驚喜的是宵夜時段有黑啤買一送一,Asahi 黑啤配燒肉的確也是一個吸引。火候夠大,我比較鐘意坐二人位,一個幫手燒一個慢慢食。如果一人一個爐反而覺得有啲浪費。餐廳設計可能也會考慮一家大小小朋友情侶格局,這個二人台共享爐。有心思。 continue reading

今晚去左CWB買波鞋,之後繼續係CWB到搵食行行下醒起呢間烤肉店都開左好耐但未試過見價錢唔算好貴,7pm堂食仲有卡位坐就入去我同男朋友2條友,可以坐4人抬,暫時未算好多人我地揀左份$298既2人餐再追加一份金菇,一份廣島蠔除左Set,仲有得叫壽喜燒,丼飯,同散叫肉去烤2人Set都有唔同價錢我地份2人Set烤牛🖋有2份勁多紫菜飯🖋2份細沙拉菜🖋1份豬🖋3款牛🖋2杯細雪糕🐷豬係豚五花,燒熟有dd硬,但唔敢食生豬肉🐮牛有肉眼扒,有點厚肉,油脂少但男朋友都鍾意食,因為肉眼牛味濃🐮仲有牛板腱同牛小排呢2款牛好正,燒完好冧,好軟,易咬口3款牛都冇筋,我最鍾意係🐮牛小排同🐮牛板腱🍄金菇正正常常廣島蠔都正,大粒,肥味,唔腥,又無沙埋單食左$380冇收加一冇時限可以慢慢嘆又坐到4人卡位好寬落,呢餐好滿足😍 continue reading

坊間越開越多的一人日式燒肉店,因為在附近血拼,到訪了這家店子。我們被帶到的一張枱,椅子很多紫菜,小人需自行換櫈,衛生情況已先行扣分。醬料架上擺放著不炒醬汁和味粉,但有些是吉的,需向店員索取,補貨嚴重不足!激安二人餐包括沙律、紫菜飯、安格斯牛扒、豚五花、牛肩肉及雪糕;牛舌與豬頸肉是另點的。沙律不甚了了,紫菜飯更是災難:飯面鋪上一大坨碎濕濕的紫菜,未能散發紫菜的香氣之餘,就徒然阻著舀下面的飯來吃,完全不協調!安格斯牛扒帶有油脂,尚算柔嫩,是合格的。其他的燒肉是完全的靭,欠缺充足的脂潤,燒過之後竟然沒有油香,怎能引起食慾?醬料極度的鹹,唯一可以補救的居然是沙律的胡麻汁,匪夷所思!雪糕雪到凍一凍,實到不得了!錯敗的感覺又一次重現! continue reading
