To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在K11 Musea逛了一下午,晚餐就選了這家店,環境挺雅緻,昏暗燈光配木質裝潢,有點老上海的味道。我點了鮮肉小籠包和蟹粉釀蟹蓋。小籠包皮薄餡多,咬下去湯汁溫熱,肉香濃郁,雖然不算驚艷,但吃起來很舒服。蟹粉釀蟹蓋端上來時金黃誘人,蟹膏混著少許蟹肉,味道鮮甜,底下的蛋白讓口感更豐富,就是份量稍小,一下就吃完了。還試了花雕醉雞,雞肉嫩滑,花雕酒香撲鼻,挺入味的。店裡服務不錯,店員態度親切,上菜也快。座位不算太擠,靠窗還能看看維港夜景,整體氣氛輕鬆。食物品質穩定,沒什麼大缺點,適合逛街後想吃點精緻中菜的人。對我來說,這裡是個不錯的歇腳點,下次可能會再來試試其他菜式。
