To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和一家人吃晚飯,慶祝生日和為外地回來探親和度假的家人們食飯洗塵。家姐推薦和邀請我們試試這間上海菜館。我今晚是第一次在這間飯店用膳,感受到非一般的好,由於我是第一次去K11Musea,所以感到很陌生。從尋找升降機,找升降機謎之按制,都令我感到很新奇。第一次來這間人人追捧的飯店,門口的reception姐姐友善親切,侍應生也非常有禮、醒目,令我們感到賓至如歸,果然是名不虛傳,點了十道菜,前菜的炸黃膳非常香脆可口,白露荀清甜,鎮江淆肉的做法與我之前食過的有些不同味道但還不錯。主角佛跳牆的湯底非常清甜,鮑魚、海參、黃耳、雞肉、瘦肉的份量很多又美味,實在是大快朵頤。蟹粉釀蟹蓋是和賽螃蟹crossover 版,非常有趣的一道菜。松子魚都一樣出色,魚肉炸起身很嫩滑,無魚腥味、甜酸汁和配料的味道恰到好處。鍋貼底部有點焦脆的,很好味不太油膩。小籠包皮薄餡多肉汁爆汁,最出色是她的佐料:瑤柱XO醬,醬香味滿滿,辣度剛好又惹味。甜品冰糖杞子燉雪梨,飲完喉嚨都被滋潤了。最驚喜的是有壽桃包,包餡居然是豆沙餡料而且甜而不膩。平時吃到的都是蓮蓉餡的,有驚喜。感恩今晚二姐夫請客,讓我們一家人能夠開心的相聚。

我今晚是第一次在這間飯店用膳,感受到非一般的好,由於我是第一次去K11Musea,所以感到很陌生。從尋找升降機,找升降機謎之按制,都令我感到很新奇。


第一次來這間人人追捧的飯店,門口的reception姐姐友善親切,侍應生也非常有禮、醒目,令我們感到賓至如歸,果然是名不虛傳,
點了十道菜,前菜的炸黃膳非常香脆可口,白露荀清甜,鎮江淆肉的做法與我之前食過的有些不同味道但還不錯。主角佛跳牆的湯底非常清甜,鮑魚、海參、黃耳、雞肉、瘦肉的份量很多又美味,實在是大快朵頤。
蟹粉釀蟹蓋是和賽螃蟹crossover 版,非常有趣的一道菜。
松子魚都一樣出色,魚肉炸起身很嫩滑,
無魚腥味、甜酸汁和配料的味道恰到好處。
鍋貼底部有點焦脆的,很好味不太油膩。
小籠包皮薄餡多肉汁爆汁,最出色是她的佐料:瑤柱XO醬,醬香味滿滿,辣度剛好又惹味。

甜品冰糖杞子燉雪梨,飲完喉嚨都被滋潤了。
最驚喜的是有壽桃包,包餡居然是豆沙餡料而且甜而不膩。平時吃到的都是蓮蓉餡的,有驚喜。
感恩今晚二姐夫請客,讓我們一家人能夠開心的相聚。

那天在K11 Musea逛得累了,走進「夜上海」想找點溫暖。店裡燈光昏黃,木桌椅散發老上海的氣息,讓人瞬間放鬆。我點了蟹粉釀蟹蓋和鮮肉小籠包。蟹粉釀蟹蓋端上來時熱氣撲面,蟹膏香濃,混著蟹肉和蛋白,鮮甜得像個小驚喜,吃下去心裡暖暖的。小籠包皮薄如紙,湯汁在嘴裡散開,肉香溫柔地撫慰疲憊,像是老朋友的問候。還試了上海粗炒,麵條油亮,醬香撲鼻,吃著吃著就想起小時候的味道。靠窗坐著,維港夜景就在眼前,服務員輕聲招呼,態度親切,讓人覺得被照顧。這裡的食物沒什麼浮誇,但有種踏實的溫情,像是給忙碌一天的自己一個小港灣。吃完離開時,心情都輕鬆了不少。

每月我都來1-2次,因為環境舒適,員工服務適中的殷勤友善、認真投入服務客人態度及食物質素好,上海點心及粵式包點都非常好味,花雕醉雞、鮮肉小籠包、鍋貼、蔥香泡椒脆蝦球…吃得出食材講究。但今日親歷職員質素下降了,女侍應們態度似未瞓醒沒精打彩,對客人愛理不理,行動緩慢冷漠,但清枱非常之急快,我尚未清碟的食物,她們急於清枱,令我非常有催促感及冇禮的感覺,但見只有4-5枱客人。希望有所改善,因為服務態度非常重要 !

呢個超好食😋用咗鎮江骨既做法,炸咗既鱔出面掛住鎮江汁酸酸甜甜,食咗一條停唔到口,掛咗汁但又夠脆卜卜,好開胃, 成為我下次既必點菜色👍🏻👍🏻


3. 沙律香芒蝦卷 💰$53/3pcs
細細條但裡面包咗芒果肉同蝦肉,蝦肉好爽口,芒果夠甜,配埋沙律醬,感覺好清新


4. 鮮肉小籠包 💰$68/4pcs
呢個點心同普通食既差不多,無乜特別。。。


5. 蘿蔔絲酥餅 💰$48/2pcs
一心以為裡面係蘿蔔絲,但咬落去似蘿蔔蓉🙃,變得好黏,令成個酥餅既口感變得淋咗,個人覺得一般


6. 花雕醉雞 💰$108
花雕味唔算濃,同雞比較少肉,唔夠入味


7. 龍華寺素鴨 💰$80
素鴨無論點整都好食😋如果厚切會更佳👍🏻


8.椒鹽小黃魚 💰?😬
唔記得幾錢,鐘意食魚既人都鐘意食,用鹽醃咗有少少喊喊地,外面皮邊位有d 脆口,魚肉就嫩口,我唔識食細骨魚都可以handle 到


9. 干戈菜花 💰$168
份量唔多,干戈煮法偏重口味,但呢度炒得唔夠味,好一般


10. 蔥油海蜇頭 💰$128
海蜇頭唔夠味。。。要額外沾醋or 辣油。


11. 生磨蛋白杏仁茶 💰$52
杏仁茶每啖都有蛋白😋好濃好香,蛋白亦增加咗口感👍🏻
