To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友經常來這家,跟她來試試,深色木質傢俬配上柔和燈光,牆上有些復古裝飾,像是老上海的縮影。我點了蟹粉小籠包和蒜泥白肉。小籠包熱氣騰騰,外皮薄得透光,蟹粉和豬肉餡混搭,鮮香中帶點肉汁的甜,咬下去挺滿足。蒜泥白肉是冷盤,五花肉切得薄如紙,口感軟嫩,蒜泥和醬油調得剛好,香而不膩,吃起來很清爽。還試了上海粗炒,麵條炒得油亮,醬油香氣明顯,配料簡單但味道協調。店內環境舒適,靠窗的位子能看到維港,晚上氣氛特別好。只是座位間距稍窄,高峰期可能有點壓迫感。服務員態度溫和,效率高,整體用餐體驗不錯。
