難得星期日可以休息一下,於是找了一個好地方嘆茶。本身是婚宴場地,裝修已有睇頭,而且地方闊落,還有戶外境色,環境一流。當然食物也不遜色,精美又好食,款式亦多。原隻鮑魚燒賣皇鮑魚燒賣同樣大大隻 ,而且攞碟有心思。灌湯小籠包鮮甜湯汁,皮薄餡料足。胡椒濃雞湯灌湯餃灌湯餃夠巨型,有份量,配合胡椒濃雞湯,䁔胃又好食。趣致黃金豬賣相可愛,熱辣辣又脆口。陳皮䜴蒜炒秋葵爽口秋葵,咸辣醬汁好醒胃。燕窩3.6奶凍香滑奶凍加上燕窩,矜貴又好食。這是一個真正嘆茶食點心的好地方,非常relax。

養生山藥棉花雞
雞件份量多,而且肉質超嫩滑,有雞味,而棉花吸引了雞汁後,變得軟淋鮮香。

老乾媽蒸鳳爪
鳳爪煮得非常入味,味道微辣,不會過鹹。

菌王黑松露冬菇包
冬菇包外型非常可愛,像真度極高,就連冬菇紋理都做得很細緻,而包包外層帶點彈性,內裏的餡料和野菌餃其實差不多,裝滿粟米、紅蘿蔔粒及野菌,口感清爽。

十菜鮮蝦春卷
春卷入口非常香脆,就是放涼了,外層仍然能保持脆卜卜,而內還的蝦肉餡料極多,吃時加點沙律醬,更惹味。

脆皮豚肉焗餐包
推介,它是香脆版的叉燒包,不過外層就是白色的,送上來時還是熱辣辣,包包入口超香脆,內層全都是香甜的豚肉餡料,很好吃。

香芒糯米卷
甜品時間,點了香芒糯米卷,芒果超甜美,忌廉香滑,內裏更放了芒果粒粒,入口冰涼,滿分。

值得一提,這裏的待應服務超讚,不時會為我們送上熱茶及收搭餐碟,專業貼心~

朋友話帶我食中菜,我就跟咗佢去the one搭lift上到嚟發現好grand,而且可以飽覽外面夜景黑蒜燉螺頭 - 有原粒黑蒜,吃落去甜甜地,再渴一口鮮甜味美的燉湯,濃而不膩,湯底還有幾粒螺頭,很淋,咬落亦非常鮮味雙色奇味碟 - 頭盤,其實是黑毛豬叉燒拼醃青瓜,用酒浸過叉燒,所以有很濃的酒香,外皮香脆,肉質淋滑,而醃青瓜爽口,清涼,令人非常開胃龍蝦湯-有半隻龍蝦浸在龍蝦濃湯中,肉質爽口彈牙,而且起哂肉,是我吃過有史以來最高級的龍蝦湯如意竹笙釀蘆筍-高湯超濃超好飲,竹笙完全吸了高湯的味道,釀入蘆筍清爽,令整道菜口感非常豐富燒汁鮑魚-作為喜歡濃味的我,這道菜真的令我超喜歡,先起肉,炸過,再用醬汁煮,吸味又有口感順德煎雞-雞的外皮煎得金黃香脆而且肉質非常鮮嫩,聽下吹波波但係又有沙薑味很特別的一道菜清雞湯鍋巴-一碟鍋巴,一條蔥和芹菜,一碗清雞湯,鍋巴可以淨食,非常香脆,先飲一口清雞湯香濃,感覺沒有加太多調味,之後把些少蔥和芹菜放入雞湯中,再加鍋巴,感覺截然不同,清新又美味芒果班㦸-最後一定少不了甜品,而這個芒果班㦸比較特別,中間忌廉比較結實,而當中有細細的芒果粒,很有口感

譽宴.星海薈尖沙咀彌敦道100號The ONE 18樓放工Kay Gor同朋友今次食有海景嘅中菜廳,這裏環境好舒服令我印象深刻,清靜的環境優美,有落地玻璃可以望到整個維港夜景,加上美味佳餚,心情愉快,所以我選擇放假前來。前菜、蜜餞黑毛豬叉燒拼陳醋青瓜黑毛豬口感鬆軟,油脂均勻食落又油而不膩,不錯👍🏻陳醋青瓜酸酸甜甜很開胃。花雕醉鮑魚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻上菜已經聞到好香的花雕味,鮑魚爽口彈牙。美國響螺燉摩利菌湯湯味清甜,容易入口,而且營養價值高,美顏又補血。胡麻醬煎美國龍蝦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻呢個最出色,平時食開芝士,今次用胡麻醬,味道特別。餐廳用了新鮮龍蝦🦞,所以蝦肉彈牙又鮮甜美味。,加上胡麻醬去煎不會搶咗龍蝦的鮮味,味道特別。鮮蟹肉燴龍躉球👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻先張蟹肉拆出來,煮成蟹汁燴龍躉肉。味道清甜鮮味突出。備注👍🏻5粒代表最推介
