To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽生日,首選是食中菜, 最後選擇在這裏開餐。環境舒適光猛,如果可以和其他食客再隔多一張枱的距離會更好。侍應的服務態度都幾好,唯獨接線那位男侍應都幾沒禮貌,他的態度有待改善。另外上菜有點快,湯也未喝完已經上了燒鵝和魚,好似趕收工。<明爐燒鵝>燒鵝皮和肉是分開的,皮都幾脆,燒鵝都有肉味。<杏汁燉白肺湯>湯有點鹹,可能係因為有金華火腿的原因, 豬肺洗得乾淨冇異味。<荔茸鳳尾蝦>蝦彈牙爽甜, 芋頭夠粉軟滑,脆漿炸得酥脆,唔會有油膩感。<拍薑海鹽蒸金花尾>魚都幾鮮,肉也很滑。<鮮腐竹野菌浸時蔬>鮮腐竹軟滑,菠菜有點苦,菇很乾。<瑤柱蛋白炒飯>炒飯炒得不錯,唔會乾身,但仍有濕潤的口感,蛋沒有炒得過老,瑤柱有少許炸過,味道很香。<蛋白杏仁茶>蛋白很滑,杏仁冇苦澀味,甜味剛好。
