天龍軒,米之連二星加上全香港最高中菜廳,享負勝銘。我有機會今次可以試吓佢哋個窮人lunch Menu,唔試由此可一試就把幾火。如果大家冇錢就真係冇事,五百幾蚊一個人食lunch係唔會有啲咩好嘢俾你食㗎。首先嚟㗎最出名嘅叉燒同埋XO醬蘿蔔糕,叉燒完全食唔出係叉燒,絕對似係用糖漿浸出嚟嘅豬肉,肉質係十分之林,但係一啲燒嘅效果都冇,有幾點黑色嘅燒焦點似係用火槍辣出來啊,十分失望。XO醬一啲試味都冇,只有辣未,蘿蔔糕耐心係辣嘴嘅,明白師傅想用溫度保持食物質素,溫度實在是有點高。如果呢個級數嘅餐廳,呢個頭盤絕對係唔合格。跟住上嘅係一個湯用日月魚無花果豬展燉嘅,他本身好濃味,味道也十分好。但可怕嘅事即將發生,湯裏面竟然發現咗一條蟲,一間五星級酒店,米之蓮二星級餐廳,湯裏面竟然有條蟲,有圖有真相。之後叫個侍應過嚟睇睇,個侍應竟然同我講呢一條係日月魚嘅邊。我入廚多年一睇就知呢一條係無花果裏面嘅蟲,因為無花果本身好甜所以係好容易有蟲,酒店堅持用原粒無花果燉湯,咁就真係捉蟲啦。我要求幫我換咗碗湯之後侍應再出嚟交代,廚房師傅確認那是一條無花果我的錯。其實是應該去廚房尋求一下增山先至好喺客人面前解釋,如果唔係

之後個脆餅帶子根本上唔知點解可以放埋一齊,脆餅有啲脆少少甜味冇乜特別,帶子上粉炸過略嫌薄左少少但係味道可以,但係唔知點解呢就係佢嘅放埋一齊,完全唔夾。薑汁芥蘭其實係薑粒芥蘭,汁係完全冇薑味你要連埋粒薑粒石先至會有㗎嘛,其實叫薑粒㗎啦咪好地地囉。

之後牛肉正常,雲耳正常,所以炒埋一齊就好正常,冇咩特別。荷葉飯夠熱,味道亦都係冇咩特別,正正常常。

反而甜品幾好,因為嗰條無花果蟲所以送咗一碟共2件蛋撻,整體甜品質素唔錯。

講真如果你要來食呢個餐,我建議你不如慳返啦。呢個餐絕對唔抵食亦都唔好食。我對天龍軒叉燒十分失望,俾人吹捧到天上有地下無,除咗肉質覺得比較林,完全睇唔出亦食唔出係一舊叉燒。可能你要試吓食貴一倍Tasting Menu會比較好但係呢個平價lunch Menu就千祈唔好食,慳得$500得$500。

最後對天龍軒嘅服務10分失望,如果佢自己唔確定係唔係蟲,就唔好亂咁覆過客。搵一搵廚房先,真係好難接受到日月魚條邊會係咁,好明顯好多集腳,所以員工嘅訓練真係十分不足,從今次經驗我覺得我以後都唔會再嚟,呢個機會十分唔值。得罪講句,如果你好鬼有$想食風景,請隨便。但對食物有要求,我覺得天龍軒完全係唔合
格,因為唔認真,各取所需吧。

首次光顧天龍軒,當然要黎試下佢既招牌菜啦!齋係間餐廳既裝修同埋風景已經好有氣派。揀左白牡丹王,茶味吾算濃,每次飲都有陣陣淡雅香味。琥珀合桃好好食,我好快食完再黎多個😆1️⃣龍鳳燒賣,分量十足。一舊係層層疊住爽脆既蝦肉,另一舊係鮮味既帶子。2️⃣蝦多士炸得脆而上面塊蝦肉係剛剛好熟,配埋甜酸醬,特別開胃。3️⃣鮑魚酥呀⋯⋯一定要叫。果件乾鮑Q彈到我用叉係篤吾入。篤左幾次,最後用匙羹食😂好彩餐廳貼心地一早切開成三舊。淋多d用鮑魚製成既醬汁,停番係口中既味道濃郁又香醇。4️⃣花雕蛋白煎蟹鉗,又係一款必叫菜式。蟹鉗好巨形!蛋白滑溜,加上薄薄既花雕芡汁。我非常喜歡。5️⃣天龍軒既叉燒最終出場,要早一日預訂。佢係我成世人第一次遇到甘軟熟既叉燒!由於太軟熟既關係,我食前錄片用筷子係甘夾下佢🤣真係好好食,當堂以後吾食其他既叉燒。6️⃣甜品叫左蛋撻,朋友介紹係必食架喎。雖然我吾係好好甜品,舊蛋撻塊酥皮係鬆軟,蛋汁係岩岩好熟,有動L既效果。埋單朋友有折扣優惠🥳食物質素好好,服務質素就普通啦,因為我去廁所冇人指示係邊,我迷左路,去完廁所返黎張餐巾冇摺成三角形放係枱面,仲話米芝連兩星喎⋯⋯人地TATE一星都有依種服務啦!

琥珀合桃好好食,我好快食完再黎多個😆

1️⃣龍鳳燒賣,分量十足。一舊係層層疊住爽脆既蝦肉,另一舊係鮮味既帶子。
2️⃣蝦多士炸得脆而上面塊蝦肉係剛剛好熟,配埋甜酸醬,特別開胃。
3️⃣鮑魚酥呀⋯⋯一定要叫。果件乾鮑Q彈到我用叉係篤吾入。篤左幾次,最後用匙羹食😂好彩餐廳貼心地一早切開成三舊。淋多d用鮑魚製成既醬汁,停番係口中既味道濃郁又香醇。
4️⃣花雕蛋白煎蟹鉗,又係一款必叫菜式。蟹鉗好巨形!蛋白滑溜,加上薄薄既花雕芡汁。我非常喜歡。
5️⃣天龍軒既叉燒最終出場,要早一日預訂。佢係我成世人第一次遇到甘軟熟既叉燒!由於太軟熟既關係,我食前錄片用筷子係甘夾下佢🤣真係好好食,當堂以後吾食其他既叉燒。
6️⃣甜品叫左蛋撻,朋友介紹係必食架喎。雖然我吾係好好甜品,舊蛋撻塊酥皮係鬆軟,蛋汁係岩岩好熟,有動L既效果。

第一次來天龍軒,正值疫情嚴重期間,不愧是米芝蓮兩星的高級中餐廳,提前兩星期訂位,才有窗邊位。餐廳播放的中樂加上瑰麗的裝修風格,營造出一流的格調。我們點的是午市套餐,每位乘惠差不多$600港幣,包兩杯餐酒。我們要了兩杯白酒。餐廳的服務一流,我們的餐單馬上打印出來。招牌菜鮑魚酥是我們另加的。極力推薦,一定要試。套餐裏的叉燒及鮑魚荷葉飯也是令人驚喜的。最為女士,極力推薦套餐的甜品-黑松露燉奶。一整片的黑松露,令整個燉奶齒頰留香。其他菜品也保持高水準。打卡位一定要拍照哦!

個多月前已在網購以$689買了一張$1000的食物券,但因餐廳常爆滿,我們早在三星期前才能預定到一張檯可以在周六吃一頓午餐。是日香港已踏入新冠病毒第三波,政府限制每桌不可超過四位客人,乘坐公交車和的士都強制要戴口罩。可能有些客人取消了預約,所以餐廳並不爆滿。餐廳位於 ICC 102 樓,甫踏進門囗,便覺得其裝潢尚算华麗。我們點了二位午市行政套餐和一個三文魚子蒸餃子。食物水平若以米之蓮二星來說就似乎有些名大於實。頭盤是招牌义燒拼 花膠 XO醬蘿蔔糕,义燒味道不錯,只可惜略硬,蘿蔔糕料多於糕。燉湯味道清香而不肥膩,是我們一致讚賞。蕃茄脆餅煎带子和松子炒芥蘭都中規中矩,草菇葱爆鷄球和鮑粒荷葉飯則很一般,沒有驚喜。反倒甜品擺放得美,黑松露奶凍十分美味,富香香的松露油和一小片黑松露是我最欣賞的。離開餐廳後大半小時口有點乾,似乎食物中有師傅。總括而言,食物質素是 ok, 但以其冠以二星餐廳來說便有些過猶不及了。
