週末和朋友一行四人訂了Restaurant Week的五道佳餚晚餐套餐,$788+10%/人,特殊菜品選擇可以加錢,茶錢另計。埋單平均每位$970。ICC高層的地理位置,景色有天然優勢(不過自助餐那邊更好看)。食物水平以米芝蓮標準來說只能算是中等,沒有特別驚艷,也不難吃。服務態度就有些強差人意,不知道是不是因為叫了套餐?還是人手不足?侍應的態度傲慢。每次茶水見底都沒人斟,要叫好久才到,又不肯把茶壺放在桌上。上完甜品沒多久就自動送上帳單,趕人味濃。(相比之下,對面海龍景軒的服務要好很多)總體來說食物不算差,但套餐裡沒有特別矜貴的食材,也沒有特別驚艷的菜品(龍蝦湯還不錯),所以性價比不算高。如果約朋友賞景聊天的話還不錯。

之後個脆餅帶子根本上唔知點解可以放埋一齊,脆餅有啲脆少少甜味冇乜特別,帶子上粉炸過略嫌薄左少少但係味道可以,但係唔知點解呢就係佢嘅放埋一齊,完全唔夾。薑汁芥蘭其實係薑粒芥蘭,汁係完全冇薑味你要連埋粒薑粒石先至會有㗎嘛,其實叫薑粒㗎啦咪好地地囉。

之後牛肉正常,雲耳正常,所以炒埋一齊就好正常,冇咩特別。荷葉飯夠熱,味道亦都係冇咩特別,正正常常。

反而甜品幾好,因為嗰條無花果蟲所以送咗一碟共2件蛋撻,整體甜品質素唔錯。

講真如果你要來食呢個餐,我建議你不如慳返啦。呢個餐絕對唔抵食亦都唔好食。我對天龍軒叉燒十分失望,俾人吹捧到天上有地下無,除咗肉質覺得比較林,完全睇唔出亦食唔出係一舊叉燒。可能你要試吓食貴一倍Tasting Menu會比較好但係呢個平價lunch Menu就千祈唔好食,慳得$500得$500。

最後對天龍軒嘅服務10分失望,如果佢自己唔確定係唔係蟲,就唔好亂咁覆過客。搵一搵廚房先,真係好難接受到日月魚條邊會係咁,好明顯好多集腳,所以員工嘅訓練真係十分不足,從今次經驗我覺得我以後都唔會再嚟,呢個機會十分唔值。得罪講句,如果你好鬼有$想食風景,請隨便。但對食物有要求,我覺得天龍軒完全係唔合
格,因為唔認真,各取所需吧。
