To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 話說之前一路冇食過,都好想食,今日終於食到。傳說係話米芝蓮嘅茶樓。第一次食,期望太高,最後就只有點失望。酥皮焗叉燒包$23最好食係呢個!同事話呢到最出名係叉燒包,又真喎,外脆內軟,叉燒饀唔算多,但整體好好食,調味啱啱好。酥皮好正馬拉糕$21第二好食我認為係馬拉糕,有黑糖味道,唔太甜,又熱又軟熟!蝦餃$31、燒賣$31、鳳爪$$21不過不失,唔算好好味咸水角$19一向鐘意食,呢間都好外脆內軟嘅。但饀唔多,又細粒,好冇癮春卷$26好油,麻麻地鮮蝦腐皮卷$29同一般食開有啲唔同,細件好多,外表都唔似其他酒樓嗰款。唔太特別,蝦又唔大蝦腸$28、叉燒腸$26冇特別,其他酒樓好食啲總括而言,我都唔太明白點解呢間會係米芝蓮…💰平時一人$70左右

去奧海城行街shopping完,想找間餐廳食下嘢休息一下,最後揀咗食點心 - 添好運。不知是否給炸雞店收購後,多了些特色創意點心。韭王鮮蝦腸 - 正常的鮮蝦腸,冇乜韭王味。酥皮焗叉燒包 - 這個招牌菜每次黎到都一定要叫,坊間有許多茶樓爭相模仿,但做唔到添好運的皮薄餡多加上雪山的效果,出面只能做到叉燒餐包。蛋白蝦春卷 - 口感特別,春卷入面有點似賽螃蟹,唯一美中不足的是蛋白比例比較多,蝦味不夠,失去蝦春卷的精髓。鮮肉韭菜蝦薄餅 - 以為是薄撐之類,原來是兩面炸皮中間夾餡,口感似炸雲吞,餡料算多,但只食到鮮肉韭菜味。由旺角舊舖食到開分店,見證由平民小鋪去到米芝蓮餐廳,沒有因為被收購/品牌名氣,去抬高價錢或食物水準下降,但我覺得還是食傳統點心比較好。

food is high quality. all are smilar to 利苑 and hotels chinese resto. but the price is 50% of compared to them.


the best dim sum is beef balls, its soft and very soft likes clouds, unlike the rest of resto that the elasticity and recoil texture. someone may dislike that is too fluffy and not taste like real beef balls and i dont give a hell shiit on them. yo!


without 10% service charge, normal lunch is arond 50$ for such high quality food. 對得住天地良心。

今早嚟到大角咀添好運食嘢,坐係四人卡位,有個木口木面光頭男人走過來問幾多位,知道兩位後收走其余餐具,本來好正常,點知食嘢時先知道佢總共收走三位餐具,同佢講,佢只拿一只碗冇筷子,重新拿筷子又冇匙羹,佢望人對眼毫無焦點,加單點心紙遞俾佢佢當睇唔到,見到佢咁差嘅態度問其他職員,先知道佢係呢間餐廳嘅經理。雖然點心總算過得去,有一個咁差態度嘅經理就唔會再返轉頭!😥😥😥 佢個樣似趕客樣,好似全世界都得罪佢咁!

好耐冇食過,諗住再去食佢著名嘅叉燒包,點知未排到入去食已經頂唔住佢員工啲態度,結果費事食到一肚氣,最後係冇入去幫襯。我哋兩個大人+三個小朋友,只講完五位,嗰位姐姐就一口回應話「只有四位!」我夠知有四人限聚令啦,咁可以分三人加兩人各兩枱嘛;於是我就同佢講分兩台,佢一句話「兩枱分好遠㗎!」我都未答,佢已經叫咗我後邊等位嘅入去。算,我照等,等咗2分鐘又再見識到佢啲員工嘅態度,叫外賣號碼遲5秒回應就鬧人。有位長者遲咗攞,就話人頭先做咩唔回應。呢位仲要係另外一個員工,可以想像到佢入邊啲員工應該大部份都係咁嘅態度。結論係食物再好,員工嘅態度差劣,咁我寧願唔食,亦唔會再去呢間幫襯去隔離嘅三星台菜食,員工態度非常好,同呢間添好運相差十萬丈遠
