To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日中午好多人,要等半小時才R 到幾個位。蝦餃: 好普通, 其他酒樓大過佢, 用料靚過佢GE 多的是。BTW, 皮唔夠薄。叉燒腸: 皮薄夠滑, 但入面D 叉燒肥左D....肥叉唔係我杯茶, 入面仲有D 「九」黃, 香D羅白糕: 雖然薄薄幾片,但都算多羅白,味道就普普通通酥皮叉燒包: 呢度皇牌, 永無失手, 夠熱, 入面好多叉燒餡, 又咸又甜好味, 如果個皮唔好咁甜更好,  叉燒都是肥叉...漏...滑蛋牛肉飯: 盅仔入面都幾多飯架, 一大塊牛肉餅,可惜蛋唔係生蛋,係半熟煎蛋。仲有叫其他野食,但我無試,不便評論, 不過同朋友一致認為, 好普通JE...
