To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚很晏收工,才可以不用排隊入內,不過,被侍應催促要速速落單。聞名的叉燒包,係外皮脆及薄,但餡料太甜呢...蝦餃,蝦彈牙,不錯排骨盅飯,排骨肉質不錯,惟飯不夠熱牛肉腸,不過不失,溫吞吞的馬拉糕,很普通縂括,不算出色弊處,所點的點心,一口氣全部送上枱,食唔得切呀,結果變凍
