約左仲未脫苦海既舊同事俾啲機會佢地呻下,就諗住食間可以講到燥嘈啲都唔怕既餐廳。佢地話食呢間泰野。我平日行過好多人等位同買串燒外賣,今日7點左右到左,但同事們仲未走得我行左個圈再返來,個收銀叔叔話得返一張枱,仲話其他客都係7點入無左呢張有排等,嚇得我吖,諗左一陣都係入去諗定食乜差唔多啦。上到去有張大枱,我玩左陣電話就有張細枱轉俾我🙈咁早知唔入來住。msg搖控同事問食乜,攪左一輪先落單前後已經20mins🙈🙈。因為佢入圍得獎食店我對佢充滿期望,又多人又限時咁(利申:我屋企以前開泰菜館,食開正宗泰廚煮既。)上菜生蝦食滿$200可$1叫,咁$1有4隻咁抵我唔會對佢好高要求,都係平常來貨既淡水蝦。個汁我成隻瞓落去都無味又唔辣又唔酸🤔大蝦冬陰功,一個Size,唔熱既🙈多香茅南薑辣椒,但食得既材料除左果一隻大蝦其他欠奉🙄除左鹹鹹地又係少少辣都無,其呢香茅只係個根部拍散先有味,其他位丟得架喇,唔使放落個湯度話俾我知你有落既青咖哩海鮮,超綠好假色素會唔會多左啲呀🙈無椰汁香味,唔似食緊咖哩,其實又係無乜味,海鮮有幾隻青口蝦仔魷魚係咁多配左兩塊$30薄餅,呢個正常味,不過剪到咁細塊無得包住啲料食咁過癮 生菜包,菜量夠多夠新鮮,但肉碎就完全似馺熟就算,又無乾蔥又唔辣又唔酸🙈熱辣辣即燒豬雞串燒半打,雞好明顯唔係鮮雞肉質,豬同雞醃到質地一樣,豬肉咬落又係有無味既香茅碎但食唔出香茅味(同一問題啦),肉唔算燒得太乾,個沙嗲汁救返啲肉。 炸蝦餅拼炸魚餅,呢個最正常😂魚餅有魚碎不過又係唔辣既,平時魚餅個汁同蝦餅個汁唔一樣,呢度就一種汁算,係既,反正全部一樣都係無乜味炒金邊粉,又係咁個色好嚇,味都有啲啲酸味既,量都正常飲品叫左龍眼冰,好大杯好甜都有十粒龍眼肉,不過睇顏色就唔肉用龍眼磚開既好喇食到7788哥仔係咁埋黎收野😂因爲夠鐘交枱,$570真心唔算貴既,但對我講就唔值,可能啲人唔食得辣又想食泰國菜會覺得好味囉 continue reading

好耐無食過呢間,次次經過聞到佢地啲串燒都覺得好似好吸引咁😛~今次就趁假日中午去食個lunch啦🥢!但原來呢度lunch 係無串燒食架🍢⋯要到下午3點先開爐⋯所以就叫左春卷同樣都係香口野頂替啦🙆🏻‍♀️⋯春卷入面好多料,炸得好脆,不過驚喜度不足 食得泰國野 🇹🇭,相信生菜包同冬陰公都實在走唔甩既🤤!呢度生菜包很不錯,香茅味好惹味,而且唔係用純瘦肉黎整🐖,所以口感好滑溜,而又唔會好肥膩👍👍,生菜同肉既份量恰到好處 冬陰公酸辣度好夠🌶,唔會咸,而且有好大隻大頭蝦🦐,雖然淨番舊肉可以食,蝦頭已經無野可以再食,但飲到啲蝦膏溶到湯中的蝦鮮味,算是不俗😋! 最有驚喜既應該係辣椒膏豬頸肉炒河😛,河粉好難炒得入味相信大家都知😂,但呢度既炒河就相當入味!唔會太辣但惹味十足,河粉亦唔會痴到一舊舊咁😌,每條分明且醬汁均勻,豬頸肉亦好夾,超級推介💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️! 好味指數😋:7.5/10翻啅指數🙆🏻:7/10人均消費💰:101-199服務態度👨🏼‍🍳:6/10乾淨指數🌝:6/10 continue reading

在旺角區,最不怕的是肚餓,因為絕對唔會餓親的,不過要搵好食的,就要下點苦功,旺角多食店餐廳,但同時有好多伏食的。呢間泰廚,位置方便之餘,味道亦係穩陣之選,附近想食泰菜,我都會選擇呢間。今日食左呢幾樣:魔鬼咖哩香茅豬扒飯有咖哩香而不嗆喉,夠滑又唔會太油。加上香茅豬扒(平時大多供應咖哩飯的,都只係配一塊煎/炸豬扒)但呢間都會再處理成為一塊香茅豬扒,此之為細心用心,每一個細節都考慮在內,唔會因為成本而偷減步驟。香茅冰 青檸冰 因為和朋友共點了兩個餐,所以會有兩杯飲品,而我自己要的是香茅冰,朋友是青檸冰。由於青檸冰是朋友的,我沒有試。但我頗喜歡香茅冰的,每次到曼谷布吉,都必須要靠一杯香茅冰令自己火速融入環境,一杯很“泰國”的飲品。泰式炒金邊粉 食泰國菜,又點少的一碟Pad thai 呢?色香味俱全,仲附有花生碎粒,好地道。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗 椰菜苗,其實唔係咁多間泰國菜有供應的,我每次去曼谷,都會在 Big C / Siam Paragon的gourmet market買幾大袋返來自用,想不到這家都有供應,那麼這菜是必點的啦。泰式蝦餅拼炸魚餅食到呢度其實已經好飽了,幸好這個份量+好味道,仍然是可以食晒的。 continue reading

今日係旺角行完街街, 又係E肚既時候啦, 長年慮月呢間泰國菜都係咁多人排隊, 因為真係好食同抵食, 入到去全場爆滿呀, 個個搭枱都會願意的. 食滿$200就可以只需+$1 叫泰式生蝦, 唔係唔叫呀MA?! 哈哈…..肉質爽甜, 加埋呢個泰式醬汁, 連蒜&辣椒一齊食, 味道簡直係豐富起黎呀.小食方面我地叫左個泰式小食拼盤$85(小), 種類都唔少架, 有雞,牛沙嗲串燒, 呢個沙嗲好香, 唔會辣, 肉質鬆軟. 仲有泰式炸蝦餅, 口感彈牙, 點埋個雞醬一流. 炸春卷, 皮薄香脆, 仲有泰式炸魚餅, 魚味十足. 哈哈…仲有泰式即炸蝦片, 脆卜卜.仲有馬拉盞炒通菜$67, 味道野味, 火喉十足, 不過會有D辣, 哈哈…好開胃.我地仲叫左一個原隻菠蘿炒飯$98, 份量一D都唔野少, 還放了一些肉鬆, 攪均一齊食好香口, 仲有D墨魚, 蝦, 青口等海鮮……仲有勁多菠蘿粒粒, 超正LOW, 咁先係菠蘿炒飯GA MA…..最後我地仲叫左個泰式炒金邊粉, 大廚控制得火喉剛好, 唔會太濕也不會太乾, 再加埋D花生粒粒增加口感, 加D青檸汁還可以提升了味道. continue reading
