下午茶好抵食今日星期日因為整野遲咗出去食飯,所以都搞到差唔多兩點幾先同Endy哥出去一齊食飯。問佢想食啲咩嘢,佢就話想食酸酸辣辣嘅嘢,如果有埋串燒就更加好。於是我哋就走咗去食泰廚泰國菜館,可以滿足晒佢想食嘅嗰兩樣野,哈哈。見到下午茶餐價錢又唔貴,咁抵食嘅價錢每人叫咗兩個下午茶餐…….泰式肥牛湯河$33(送香茅冰或者青檸冰)轉紅豆冰或者涼粉冰就加$10呢碗泰式肥牛湯河酸酸辣辣幾開胃,肥牛煮到啱啱好熟,所以一啲都唔老。成碗泰式肥牛湯河都幾大碗,一啲都唔似係下午茶份量,所以覺得都幾抵食。紅豆冰偏甜,可能因為裏面有好多紅豆,椰汁味都幾濃郁。扎肉鳳爪沙律$40(送香茅冰或者青檸冰)轉紅豆冰或者涼粉冰就加$5鳳爪唔算好辣,但係酸酸辣辣都幾醒神開胃。而且裏面仲有幾多扎肉,同埋一啲洋蔥蕃茄配菜。香茅冰清清地,香茅味都幾重。串燒餐$32(送香茅冰或者青檸冰)轉紅豆冰或者涼粉冰就加$5可以揀兩款串燒,我哋就揀咗雞全翼同埋豬肉串。兩樣都燒到好香口,而且沙嗲汁辣辣地,同燒咗嘅嘢雞翼同埋豬肉配合得好惹味。香茅豬扒撈檬$45(送香茅冰或者青檸冰)轉紅豆冰或者涼粉冰就加$5豬扒又大件,肉質又鬆軟,唔會太乾或者太硬。檬粉份量都幾多,成大碗香茅豬扒撈檬食完都其實幾飽。泰式和牛串$25和牛唔會好乾,有咬口同彈性,有煙韌得來唔會好硬。泰式香茅雞翼$18因為頭先叫咗串燒餐覺得幾好食,所以特別額外再叫多一串泰式香茅雞翼,呵呵。埋單$208,每人就$104,食到好似放題咁飽,正,又飽又滿足! continue reading

難得疫情稍稍平靜,大家都出來聚聚見吓面,就簡簡單單食個泰國菜先,但又何須去九龍城,因旺角都有間不錯嘅泰國菜館「泰廚泰國菜館」其實這間泰國菜館就在很多人都常去的寵物街,一落自動天橋便能看見,餐廳雖然不算太大,但有兩層能接待食客,裝修不是太奢華極為樸素使人感覺很舒服分別有很多唔同的菜牌及每天推介、更有一些只需加很少錢便能品嚐的美食頭盤叫了一個《泰式明爐烏頭》,當然唔少得上枱時有文火烤煮,魚的份量很足夠兩至三人享用,食落口很鮮甜軟滑今天適逢星期四,所以除推介《明爐蒸烏頭》外更可加$1享用泰式生蝦,咪以為只係一蚊雞,但係生蝦也很新鮮彈牙食得泰國菜,豈能少得《泰式炒通菜》,食到尾,通菜都不會很油膩,蝦醬味也不會鹹,通菜仍保持爽脆另外加叫了一個小食拼盤,雖然是細拼盤但係份量都很足夠有爽脆的蝦片啦,串燒豬肉及雞肉,還有蝦餅魚餅每件都彈牙多汁鮮嫩飲品就叫了一杯龍眼冰@珍多冰,兩杯冰冰都很好味,又不會太甜正中和剛才所食的食物 continue reading

已有一段時間無吃泰國菜,來到旺角,順便嚐嚐。樓高兩層的泰菜館,門口是串燒檔,內裏放了泰國畫像。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗($75),椰菜向來給人爽中帶硬的感覺,馬拉盞更能突出椰菜苗的口感,特別是微辣的辣椒,令整碟椰菜更惹味和更顯得鑊氣足。再嚐串燒沙嗲(豬、雞各一,每串$15)。串燒沙嗲是每次必點的,因其醬汁極惹味,澆上串燒、撈檬或蔬菜都十分美味。豬肉和雞肉串燒兩者的口感差不多,豬肉比較有實在的肉口感,而雞肉比較滑。串燒中以泰燒和牛串($25)最惹味,厚實的肉纖維配上香草汁,令口感和味蕾都得以滿足。炭燒豬頸肉撈檬套餐($45),撈檬的醬汁不多,如配馬拉盞椰菜苗吃,其鹹香會令撈檬變得惹味。豬頸肉量多,燒得香脆,配上極大份量的滑檬粉,非常飽肚。紅豆冰(套餐+$5),甜度適中,紅豆多,如紅豆煮得稔一點會更好。至於三絲撈檬套餐($35),有雞絲、蛋絲和扎肉絲,蛋絲微脆、雞絲帶點煙韌,扎肉絲則最爽口,配上撈檬,口感甚佳。三絲的份量同樣甚多,由於三絲的口感不一,形成多層次的口感。涼粉冰(套餐+$5),細粒涼粉容易入口,甜度適中,涼粉量多。泰式鮮奶燕窩(凍)($58),原來是鮮奶加上燕窩,與想像中的固體甜品不同。鮮奶為主,偶而吃到沉底爽滑的燕窩。在夏天喝這杯甜品,有泌人心脾之感。 continue reading

放工後和爸爸經過金魚街去買魚糧,經過這間泰國餐廳 - 泰廚泰國菜館,之前很多朋友推介要試,就決定晚餐吃泰菜!餐廳設有樓上座位,裝修擺設格局感覺也很正宗,很有泰味。餐廳正在宣傳滿200元加1元換一份小食,有四款,我們選了海蜇,涼浸浸及厚大的一片片,爽口彈牙。配上酸酸辣辣的汁非常清爽開胃的頭盤!爸爸喜歡吃魚,看到餐牌上有泰式古法烤槽魚,槽魚由錫紙包著,慢慢開後看到滿滿的香料蓋著熱呼呼魚,魚肉肉身厚,烤得鮮甜嫩滑,魚肚內放滿香料,點上酸甜的醬汁,非常好吃!馬拉盞炒雜菜份量很足,炒得很有鑊氣,有芥蘭、椰菜及西蘭花。加入了辣椒和薑絲炒,蔬菜很爽口,辣味剛好開胃又惹味!串燒是人手即叫即燒,點了串燒豬肉及雞肉,烤至外皮焦香,肉質很嫩滑,大大塊,蓋滿了濃郁的沙嗲醬及帶有炭火香味,吃下去感受到醬內花生香味及微辣,極之惹味,層次很豐富!青咖哩海鮮炒飯不會過辣,配菜很多,有青豆粒、青口、大蝦、魷魚等,飯粒分明,很有鑊氣,推介!最後飲杯冰涼的椰汁冰,香濃厚實很重椰香味,令這餐晚飯更滿足!個人十分推介的一間泰菜!性價比很高,食物質素很好,員工很熱情和健談! continue reading

最近去咗旺角一間開咗好多年嘅泰國菜,餐廳位於花園街近街市嗰邊嘅天橋底,入到去發現裝修同以前唔同,裝修咗翻新左,餐廳有兩層,今次坐咗上層食晚飯。舖頭提供嘅菜式好多款,主要都係傳統同埋主流嘅泰國菜。當晚叫咗生菜包、炸蝦餅、黃咖喱牛、沙嗲串燒、泰式乾炒河粉,兩個人食晚飯,食滿$200仲可以用一蚊優惠價換小食(4選1),當晚九點入座就冇晒生蝦,想換生蝦嘅朋友可能要早啲去。一蚊換購嘅小食我哋就揀咗泰式海蜇同埋西米椰汁糕海蜇用上平時生蝦嘅醬汁撈勻,食落酸酸甜甜帶點辣,配埋海蜇爽口嘅口感食,十分開胃。生菜包調味足夠,魚露嘅鹹味及少少青檸酸味十分開胃,肉同埋菜嘅份量都好慷慨,兩個人食每人都有五六塊。炸蝦餅即叫即炸上菜熱辣辣,一碟6舊既蝦餅每件都好飽滿,食到蝦滑嘅同時亦都會食到完整嘅蝦肉。沙嗲串燒喺呢度嘅招牌,係店外有爐燒,可以外賣燒串食。呢度嘅全消主打雞、豬及和牛。當晚叫咗豬同雞,沙嗲汁可選擇辣或唔辣,而我哋就叫咗辣。沙嗲汁食落好重嘅花生味,分量好慷慨淋滿左全條串燒,而串燒火侯都燒得恰當,每一件都食到肉汁,唔會過老。黃咖喱牛調味偏甜,咖喱汁亦唔會太稀,配菜嘅薯仔炸過再加入咖喱汁,唔會整到啲薯仔爛晒同時又帶點香口,咖喱汁配蒜蓉包同埋薄餅食就係最好嘅選擇。呢度嘅蒜蓉包烤得比較脆食落似平時沙律嘅麵包脆脆,可以試吓點多啲咖喱汁食。依度嘅炒河用嘅河粉係一片片,比較大塊同埋厚身,炒河以豉油同蛋干炒,食落鹹香,有蛋味,鍾意食濃味嘅朋友推介食到最後已經好飽,食埋1蚊換購嘅甜品椰汁西米糕,每人有兩舊,西米糕同傳統一樣比較甜,下面嘅西米煮得啱啱好,粒粒分明同時帶煙韌嘅口感,為呢餐飯畫上一個完美嘅句號。總括嚟講餐廳食物及味道比較傳統,九龍城地鐵站開咗之後差唔多間間泰國餐廳都要排隊,平時喺旺角行緊街想食泰國嘢呢間係好好嘅選擇。 continue reading
