今次係第二次到訪「泰廚,呢間泰菜館有兩層,大約7 點幾 8 點既時候 呢到兩層都坐滿曬,出面仲要有大量人潮,佢地好多都係6 個人、8 個人咁樣黎食,睇黎並非浪得虛名 😲



枱上已經放好碗筷同兩杯水,係香港典型茶餐廳風格,我同朋友就急不及待地睇下有咩好食先~ 😍

佢既豬頸肉厚薄拿捏得好好,燒出黎既效果非常好~ 外皮帶點脆,內裡既肉質鮮嫩,重點係佢既醬汁好正!絕對係泰國既口味,甜酸辣都聚於一身,佢既醬汁係整道豬頸肉既靈魂,唔係誇張,佢真係比普遍既豬頸肉好食好多,大家不妨黎試下 😋

金邊粉既材料好豐富,有原隻鮮蝦、香蔥、芽菜、豆腐干等等,味道口感都非常有特色。鮮蝦真係又鮮又彈牙🦐 金邊粉軟硬適中 拿捏得岩岩好 😋 雖然係干炒 但完全唔覺得乾 味道真係好好!👍🏼 佢側邊仲有泰式香料 沾少炒,金邊粉會變得更香辣惹味 😆🌶️

青咖哩海鮮 🥬🐙🦑🦐🦞 $89


青咖哩主要係混合左青辣椒、香茅、莞茜、大蒜、乾蔥、南薑、蝦醬、小茴等香料混合,攪爛製成,香辣惹味。再配以各種海鮮,例如青口、鮮蝦、魷魚等等,鮮味香口。我個人覺得呢道青咖哩一啲都唔辣,反而香茅味道較重,海鮮份量都頗多。

馬拉盞通菜 🥬 $68


馬拉盞呢個醬起源於馬拉,同蝦醬做法幾似,都係用蝦仔發酵成嘅。馬拉盞通常都會加入其他配料炒製,令佢既味道更加豐富,例如辣椒、紅蔥頭、蒜頭、青檸汁等等。呢個通菜係朋友既至愛,佢一入餐廳就話呢道菜必點 🤣 通菜十分爽口,馬拉盞既味道適中,唔會過咸。



餐廳氣氛好之餘,食物質素亦都唔錯~ 我同朋友當晚都食得好開心,感覺好舒適寫意~☺️

泰式肉碎生菜包的肉碎絕對不能看小,分量足足有一碗滿滿的。碎肉不會太乾身,仍保留一點點豬肉的汁。配上爽脆的生菜包住來吃,吃得很飽。

忘了說我們有加一元叫甜品,因為這間餐廳滿$200以上可以加一元換食某些食品。於是我們就叫了泰式椰汁糕。一碟有四件,剛好食完飯有甜品吃,yeah。泰式椰汁糕有濃郁的椰汁味,而且有一些西米和粟米粒。

這間餐廳兩層都坐滿了客人,而且用餐時間只有一個半小時,看得出這間餐廳十分受街坊歡迎,下次會再試其他菜色,因為味道不錯,而且價錢十分相宜。
