串燒好正今日公司有人請病假,做到一腳踢,忙到2點幾才有空走去食飯。我和同事去到餐廳都2點幾,肚子餓得不得了。今日去了泰廚泰國菜館,埋單300元左右,平均跟他每人150元。香芧豬扒撈檬$45,送熱檸水。豬扒是即炸的,須等10分鐘,但值得,出來後,又熱又香,咬口軟彈,豬味濃,外邊因為炸過,有微脆感。撈檬份量都幾多,至於撈檬汁就自己隨意倒,酸酸的,幾開胃。濕炒 $55,送青檸冰。份量多,汁不會太鹹。食完都幾飽。馬拉盞炒通菜 $67這碟最好食,我認為!炒得好有獲氣。而且馬拉盞香通菜簡直是絕配組合。夠鹹,夠香,夠爽翠 ,餸飯一定好味。串燒豬 $12/@雞$12/@雞翼$15/@牛$20/@串燒的沙爹汁是餐廳獨有的,外邊未食過。好香好入味,雞,豬,雞翼都燒得好香口,配上有沙爹汁,食完一支又再叫,所以每款叫了2串。而牛串燒用的是另一種醬汁,綠綠的,微酸,微甜,應該餸酒一流。椰青$38這是我特別再叫的,哈哈,食泰國菜,總會喜歡叫一個,又清甜,又下火,連裡面的椰肉都用匙羹刮來吃尼。

馬拉盞炒芥蘭份量非常之十足,芥蘭本身唔會整到太諗。或者出邊會食到有苦味,反而佢係將芥蘭外層都有削乾淨,所以唔會太傅本身而且馬拉盞越有味道係非常之足夠,少少香辣咁樣食落非常之惹味,啲汁嘅比例都算幾好,每一條菜都可以掛上小小嘅汁咁樣食用來配飯或者係配面就一流啦

泰式炒金邊粉,金邊粉稍為有少少太乾身,不過味道同埋份量都搭救左,味道方面會見到側邊有唔同嘅花生辣椒等等嘅配料,所以食落味道常都係幾次正宗嘅泰國菜,分量方面兩個人食完一個已經會半飽,所以都幾抵食而上面亦都會有幾隻大大隻蝦蝦都幾爽甜唔會係有陣雪藏味。

特色兼地道跟Ryan baba食飯總是特別多話題,可能大家有共同話題,嘿嘿......說回正題,我們到泰廚泰國菜館食過一餐午飯,邊食邊聊天,好快又一天。地方有上下層,可以坐多幾枱人客。香葉辣椒肉碎飯48元有一大碗白飯,上面舖着一隻荷包蛋。 香葉辣椒肉碎的份量都不少,肉碎炒得香口,不會太乾身,保留少小肉汁,辣度適中,餸飯很開胃,因為刺激了味蕾,嘿嘿.....會變得越食越多。鹵水豬手飯48元豬手鹵得好入味,而且不硬,容易咬,有點甜,配微鹹,好開胃的一個豬手。豬皮鹵得不太肥膩,所以我連豬皮豬身都一口咬食到肚子裏。旁邊有伴汁,酸辣汁我沒有用,因為沒用都已經好好味了。以上兩個飯有餐湯和青檸冰送。另外,有叫小食 ,木瓜沙律38元。份量都不小。木瓜蕃茄等都全生 ,木瓜就比較硬身,蕃茄就比較軟身,兩者配合,既做到酸酸醒胃效果,又做到硬軟交雜的特色,都幾特別。最後,我們合共134元,平均每人67元。

豬手鹵得好入味,而且不硬,容易咬,有點甜,配微鹹,好開胃的一個豬手。豬皮鹵得不太肥膩,所以我連豬皮豬身都一口咬食到肚子裏。旁邊有伴汁,酸辣汁我沒有用,因為沒用都已經好好味了。

呢間位於旺角金魚街嘅泰國餐廳,我已經幫襯過幾次😋😋。除咗位置方便,行完街就過嚟之外,有泰式味道及價錢實惠都好吸引🤩今次主要食即炒餐系列 菠蘿雞絲炒飯餐,配有餐湯及青檸冰 ($55)- 成個炒飯都好有鑊氣,材料仲好多,雞絲、菠蘿粒、粟米粒、肉鬆、提子乾、青豆、蕃茄、洋蔥粒~~~ 而飯粒都炒得好乾身彈牙。 泰式炒粉絲餐,配有餐湯及青檸冰 ($55)- 同飯一樣,炒得火喉十足,有好多料及蔬菜,伴粉絲食,口感十足。粉絲炒得好煙韌入味。餐湯係冬瓜芫茜湯,清清地去油膩。 青擰冰,酸酸甜甜,入口清新,夏天飲更涼爽😌最後仲叫咗泰式椰汁糕($36 )已經有6杯仔,香濃的椰汁糕上層,底層是軟而爽的西米及粟米粒。
