我光顧之後才發現,原來位於「旺角行人天橋」跟「通菜街」旁邊的泰國菜餐廳「泰廚泰國菜館」,是沒有製作和提供「牛腩」粉麵飯食品,所以我發現殘酷現實之後,退而求其次改為光顧享用下午茶。怎料我選擇享用「泰廚泰國菜館」下午茶裡面的「串燒餐」之後,侍應才告訴我「泰廚泰國菜館」的「串燒餐」,只有「串燒豬肉」、「串燒雞肉」跟「雞全翼」三款肉類串燒食品,給我選擇其中兩款而已。所以我最後只能夠選擇「串燒雞肉」跟「雞全翼」,飲品選擇了「紅豆冰」。「串燒雞肉」和「雞全翼」表面淋滿「沙嗲醬」,但是「泰廚泰國菜館」「沙嗲醬」的味道甜中帶點微辣,跟我平日食到的甜味「沙嗲醬」很不同。至於「串燒餐」裡面的「串燒雞肉」,雞肉實際厚度比我原本預期來得厚得多,加上甜辣味道的「沙嗲醬」,令我無法從而食到「串燒雞肉」裡面的雞肉原味,至於雞肉肉質已經全熟,口感感覺稍嫌有點乾,和有點硬。至於「雞全翼」的實際肉質和口感,情況亦跟「串燒雞肉」十分相似,「雞全翼」肉質已經全熟,「雞全翼」雞肉味道也因為「沙嗲醬」辣味太強,令整隻「雞全翼」實際味道只剩下辣味。至於「紅豆冰」方面,「紅豆冰」裡面的淡奶甜味無疑是很濃厚,只是覺得「紅豆冰」裡面的「

至於「紅豆冰」方面,「紅豆冰」裡面的淡奶甜味無疑是很濃厚,只是覺得「紅豆冰」裡面的「紅豆」實際口感煮得未夠腍,我覺得「泰廚泰國菜館」可以把「紅豆」煮更長時間,把「紅豆」實際口感煮得再腍一點。

「泰廚泰國菜館」沒有「牛腩」,所以也沒有「咖喱牛腩飯」,即使下午茶「串燒餐」連「紅豆冰」後價錢只需要港幣三十七元,價錢不算昂貴,性價比都只是一般而已,當下午茶還可以接受,但是想當正餐就變得很困難。

雖然我也很想下次,再找機會光顧「泰廚泰國菜館」,但是我還是比較想食泰式「咖喱牛腩飯」多一點,然而「泰廚泰國菜館」卻沒有「咖喱牛腩飯」,是令我感到有點可惜的地方。

今晚去咗旺角行街,突然好想食金邊粉,所以就去咗通菜街天橋一落就到嘅泰國餐廳。我哋叫咗個泰式炒金邊粉,好入味,大大件蝦。然後再叫咗個紅咖喱豬肉,配白飯。我好鍾意個紅咖喱唔太辣,面頭又有少少椰汁奶,好襯托返個香草味。另外再叫咗個椒鹽炸海蝦,海蝦非常香脆,最鍾意可以成隻蝦食又唔使滅蝦殼。食滿$200就可以用一蚊叫多碟餸菜,我哋揀咗泰式生蝦,第一次食泰國刺身,好滿意。我一向都鍾意用甜品作結,今晚揀咗個泰式鮮奶燕窩,食完都覺得好滋潤。

行經金魚街,一直都對呢間菜館好好奇。記得以前,有個串燒位放喺門口,佢同隔離嗰兩當魚蛋檔互相輝映,當然魚蛋檔選擇多,搶曬風頭。難得條街咁清淨,午餐時間就走入去睇吓嗰邊咩環境。 傳統曼谷餐廳格局幾吸引,樓底勁高,有樓梯可以上二樓。冇諗過,鬧市之中下午茶有幾抵食。叫咗個牛肉撈粉,再加多個凍飲,有埋冬瓜湯,都係$40有找。撈粉啲配菜好足,牛肉亦唔少,調味醬料任落。食過返尋味,下次一定要再其它。
