因為拆星加坡辣蟹實在太麻煩佢哋出咗個初級版嘅蝦次次食都要送大量飯佢個星加坡炒米粉係幾好食嘅不過都係過鹹 佢個蝦麵雖然好有蝦味但係唔夠熱炒菜係炒得幾好食嘅佢個海南雞飯好奇怪海南雞飯嗰套餐嘅雞係好好味但係如果你叫半隻海南雞嘅話啲雞就唔夠滑佢個炒蘿蔔糕就好失望啦入邊個蘿蔔糕根本就唔好食非常之淋但係都叫做香口反而啲飲品 都叫上得大場面但係佢個奶茶係粉溝嘅極之失望呢度食飯可以不停厚顏咁樣坐到三點都唔會有人趕你service OK

睇下隻胡椒蟹幾有氣勢(≧∇≦)
呢隻胡椒蟹都算幾大隻, 而且煮法好特別, 同出面胡椒蟹有好唔同, 這裏的胡椒蟹偏向炒乾身, 而並非將大量的黑胡椒汁淋在蟹身上。

我自己就好鍾意這一種煮法, 由於我食蟹會連殼吸吮, 這個煮法可以充分地感受到黑胡椒的香氣, 卻不會過辣, 而且蟹肉的結實度和原有的鮮味可以保存到, 不會被黑胡椒搶曬風頭!

尤其是大蟹鉗就係我最愛吃嘅部分! 除了淡淡肉質感之外, 細心的廚師還將大蟹鉗的殼 敲碎才煮, 黑胡椒的香味和大蟹鉗的鮮甜簡直絲絲入扣, 好味滿分!
然後個蟹蓋都內有乾坤㗎, 不過我朋友鍾意食蟹蓋我整個讓他吃了, 見到佢食到津津有味的樣子好滿足哦~

每月一次的麻雀聚會,今天又到了,但由於三缺一而取消了。那改為美食宴,午餐選了沙爹軒吃印尼菜,大概一點鐘到達,這裡環境很清靜,我們點了炒蘿蔔糕,加多加多,半打沙嗲及喇沙蘿蔔糕很好吃,配有蛋,菜保,蔥,星加坡甜醬油混合一起炒,味道正👍😋沙嗲燒得唔錯,咬落去很juicy👍加多加多,味比較淡,喇沙個湯底很濃,口感很豐富,這裡環境,食物水準唔錯,有時間一定再來

I was there on the 22nd and tried the Tasting Menu ($328 per person) which can also be ordered a la carte.

Appetizer platter:
Crispy Pork Rolled Bean Curd Loh Bak with Cucumber and Red Onion, Nonya Mango with fresh mint, chili, red onion and ginger flower and Mackerel Fish Otak Otak with coconut cream.
I liked the Otak Otak as it was made with Mackerel and the texture was like Salmon Terrine while the salad was refreshing.

Degustation of main courses:
Wok fried Crayfish in creamy salted egg sauce, Kurobuta Pork Rib Bak Kut Teh and Baked Sambal Stingray with Chincalok and calamansi.
The crayfish was so damn good because of the sauce and the bak kut teh had a nice peppery tone.
Some people might find the stingray quite spicy even though it has been toned down for the tasting menu.

至於榴槤迷當然不能錯過 榴槤糊 Durian Bubur Terigu;原來不少受不了榴槤的食友,怕的是那質感而非氣味,所以這款加了麥米、因而變得很有嚼口的甜點,可能成了大家愛上榴槤的轉捩點!不過超級榴槤粉絲們,有可能嫌這糊味道不夠濃烈~

海南雞十分滑溜,雞皮脂肪不太厚,女士們可以放心吃;雞油飯也不簡單,師傅先用雞油炸香蒜蓉,再用雞骨熬製多小時的雞湯及班蘭葉去煮,出來的鷄油飯不膩,飯粒分明,難怪可以成為餐廳的招牌菜。

嚤嚤喳喳裡面有番薯、芋頭等,椰香味濃;榴槤布甸屬北角分店獨賣甜品,師傅用新鮮榴槤起肉,打成榴槤蓉,並將較粗的纖維篩走,之後才加入凍忌廉一起攪拌,因爲工序繁複,所以每天限量供應,吃一口,奶味及榴槤味並重,質感香滑,也是不錯的選擇。

星加坡的馳名大眾飲品美祿恐龍($62)美祿哥斯拉($68)不算出眾。冰塊太多,而且沒有加入淡奶,美祿有點稀如水、味道太淡。美祿恐龍的重點,原本是在沖調好的美祿飲品表面加上大量美祿粉,偏偏加得唔夠多;而且又用了闊口玻璃杯,浮在表面的美祿粉很容易溶在水裏,過了一段短時間,已經失去了用匙羹掏起美祿粉直接進食的暢快感。雖然美祿飲品失望,但大部分菜色確實美味;之前以為只不過是一間普通星馬餐廳,估唔到有意外驚喜。
