如果在沙嗲軒只吃一道菜式, 那, 就是要吃招牌海南雞飯, 沒有之一. 單計賣相, 已經令人期待. 雞肉是很嫩滑, 不要說甚麼雞味, 吃海南雞飯, 三色醬才是靈魂吧. 當然, 雞飯也是不能欠缺, 這裡的版本, 帶香料味, 入口有點複雜, 教人再三細味.

賣相是令人滿意的, 擺盤挺有心思. 例牌先吃雞飯, 雞油香未算太突出, 反而帶點香料的味道, 但飯粒就是幾軟糯的. 再吃吃雞, 肉質相當細嫩, 雞皮夠薄身, 實在是無得輸的水準. 當然, 要點上三色醬, 我最喜歡黑豉油, 鹹中帶點微甜, 令人吃過停不了口. 至於清甜的冬瓜湯也教人滿意.

放飯時間,在北角想食好些,又想坐得舒服些,在網上搜尋了這家在酒店內的餐廳餐廳在酒店底層,店內環境不錯,面積頗大,這裏的招牌菜是海南雞飯,湯有雞味好飲,飯少了油香,雞還可以,不過給了雞胸,而且份量少整體來說這個價錢十分昂貴

因為拆星加坡辣蟹實在太麻煩佢哋出咗個初級版嘅蝦次次食都要送大量飯佢個星加坡炒米粉係幾好食嘅不過都係過鹹 佢個蝦麵雖然好有蝦味但係唔夠熱炒菜係炒得幾好食嘅佢個海南雞飯好奇怪海南雞飯嗰套餐嘅雞係好好味但係如果你叫半隻海南雞嘅話啲雞就唔夠滑佢個炒蘿蔔糕就好失望啦入邊個蘿蔔糕根本就唔好食非常之淋但係都叫做香口反而啲飲品 都叫上得大場面但係佢個奶茶係粉溝嘅極之失望呢度食飯可以不停厚顏咁樣坐到三點都唔會有人趕你service OK

呢隻胡椒蟹都算幾大隻, 而且煮法好特別, 同出面胡椒蟹有好唔同, 這裏的胡椒蟹偏向炒乾身, 而並非將大量的黑胡椒汁淋在蟹身上。

尤其是大蟹鉗就係我最愛吃嘅部分! 除了淡淡肉質感之外, 細心的廚師還將大蟹鉗的殼 敲碎才煮, 黑胡椒的香味和大蟹鉗的鮮甜簡直絲絲入扣, 好味滿分!
然後個蟹蓋都內有乾坤㗎, 不過我朋友鍾意食蟹蓋我整個讓他吃了, 見到佢食到津津有味的樣子好滿足哦~

每月一次的麻雀聚會,今天又到了,但由於三缺一而取消了。那改為美食宴,午餐選了沙爹軒吃印尼菜,大概一點鐘到達,這裡環境很清靜,我們點了炒蘿蔔糕,加多加多,半打沙嗲及喇沙蘿蔔糕很好吃,配有蛋,菜保,蔥,星加坡甜醬油混合一起炒,味道正👍😋沙嗲燒得唔錯,咬落去很juicy👍加多加多,味比較淡,喇沙個湯底很濃,口感很豐富,這裡環境,食物水準唔錯,有時間一定再來

上菜時,賣相好靚👍🏿 雞件係好滑既,最鍾意點橙式個辣醬食,夠晒惹味💃

I was there on the 22nd and tried the Tasting Menu ($328 per person) which can also be ordered a la carte.

Appetizer platter:
Crispy Pork Rolled Bean Curd Loh Bak with Cucumber and Red Onion, Nonya Mango with fresh mint, chili, red onion and ginger flower and Mackerel Fish Otak Otak with coconut cream.
I liked the Otak Otak as it was made with Mackerel and the texture was like Salmon Terrine while the salad was refreshing.

Degustation of main courses:
Wok fried Crayfish in creamy salted egg sauce, Kurobuta Pork Rib Bak Kut Teh and Baked Sambal Stingray with Chincalok and calamansi.
The crayfish was so damn good because of the sauce and the bak kut teh had a nice peppery tone.
Some people might find the stingray quite spicy even though it has been toned down for the tasting menu.

頭盤上檯了!首先品嚐 娘惹酸辣芒果沙律 Nonya Mango with Fresh Mint, Chilli, Red Onion and Ginger Flower,酸香爽脆十分開胃,但完全不覺辣意;接著吃超香口的 五香肉卷 Cripsy Pork Rolled Bean Curd Loh Bak with Cucumber and Red Onion,以及口感及味道都很棒的 烤鯖魚烏達 Mackerel Fish Otak Otak with Coconut Cream,好喜歡的!

之後是甜品環節,先有女士們都十分喜愛的 Domaine Bru Bache Jurancon Les Casterrasses 2014 甜酒,然後有 五味蓮子清湯 Cheng Tng;這款在新加坡一帶流行的甜湯,材料包括蓮子、薏米、銀耳、白果、桂圓等,輕甜又清潤,十分適合夏天享用。

至於榴槤迷當然不能錯過 榴槤糊 Durian Bubur Terigu;原來不少受不了榴槤的食友,怕的是那質感而非氣味,所以這款加了麥米、因而變得很有嚼口的甜點,可能成了大家愛上榴槤的轉捩點!不過超級榴槤粉絲們,有可能嫌這糊味道不夠濃烈~
