To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身作為高質扒房嘅Porterhouse,呢個假日海鮮Brunch Buffet水準都係有保證 👍🏻主打任食生蠔、龍蝦、長腳蟹、青口等等,龍蝦有冷龍蝦同芝士焗龍蝦,兩款都好食,啲蝦肉彈牙同有好多蝦膏,其他海鮮我覺得都新鮮,絕對唔會差過酒店自助餐仲有lobster rolls食,好吸引熟食方面有湯、即煮意粉、龍蝦麵、水牛城雞等等最吸引就係烤豬同烤牛,豬皮好脆前菜區有多款芝士、火腿、沙律等等甜品好高質,推介Tiramisu其他甜品賣相都好靚任食雪糕有朱古力同紅莓味餐廳環境有格調,樓底高,有落地玻璃,坐得好舒服🍴逢週末公眾假期12:00-15:00供應,成人每位$598,小童(3-11歲)每位$279,佢哋嘅官網仲會不時都會做優惠 continue reading

準時入座的Brunch, 已差不多全滿, 華洋混集, 更有些是外國人一家有老有嫩的出席, 這就比一般酒店更有置身外國的感覺, 食物擺設當然豪不馬虎, 果然五星級水準, 有任食生蠔、龍蝦等海鮮, 特別出色的更有燒豬肉卷和燒和牛扒, 這兩款主菜我竟試了兩轉, 簡直食不停口 豬腩肉皮脆, 和牛扒入口即溶, 直係超正, 其他熱葷更有清蒸石班、龍蝦焗伊麵、千層牛肉麵等。甜品也超多, 個人鐘意是大大個cake才感覺是蛋糕, 那個檸檬批、芝士撻、紅莓蛋糕都是超正, 更有全板蜂蜜配各款沙律, 除了食物高水準, 但又不會人多排隊, 皆因這裏地方只可招待不太多客人, 反而更合我心意, 總的來說很滿意。 continue reading
