To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食自助餐通常都是去酒店吃,估不到餐廳都可以有酒店級的食物質素,為慶祝白色情人節,所以提早幾天,週末就去吃一餐豐富高質的自助餐慶祝一番。位於中環蘭桂坊樓上扒房餐廳〔Porterhouse Seafood & Steak〕,交通非常方便,一進餐廳樓底很高,感覺空間感很大,而店內燈光氣氛亦給人一種高質雅緻的格調,自然光滲入室內,環境舒適坐位與坐位之間亦很闊落,相信夜晚氣氛會更有情調,下次有機會會夜晚再去吃飯。【Seafood Platter Weekend Brunch Buffet】(Adult HK$598/per) Seating: 12.00pm-3.00pm【冷盤海鮮區】很齊整的堆了很多新鮮海鮮,有波士頓龍蝦、龍蝦鉗、愛爾蘭麵包蟹、長腳蟹、凍蝦、青口、翡翠螺及長腳蟹,全部都很新鮮,波士頓龍蝦肉很厚肉帶蝦膏蝦籽,入口很結實彈牙,愛爾蘭麵包蟹膏很飽滿,長腳蟹雖然有點鹹,但肉質很實淨,而貝類都是很厚肉,而每人更送一隻鮑魚, 厚肉軟腍,非常新鮮好味道。【熟食區】有澳洲和牛扒、豬腩肉、燒雞、蒸魚、海鮮湯,海鮮湯內天有粒粒海鮮及一絲絲蟹肉,豬腩肉很香外皮脆卜卜,驚喜的是竟然有Melted Raclette Cheese,廚師會即叫即製熱溶了的芝士給你,配上薯條一流。而且更有廚師即叫即煮意粉,會熱辣辣將意粉送到檯上,保持熱度。【飲品】Easy Time (HK$108/per)任飲Fruit punch,Shirley Temple,Soft drinks and Juices【甜品區】&【水果區】焦糖燉蛋、芝士蛋糕、麵包布甸、蘋果蛋糕批、朱古力蛋糕及布朗尼蛋糕等,其中焦糖燉蛋及芝士蛋糕味道甜度恰到好處亦不會太甜膩。而水果區亦有很多水果選擇,大大粒藍莓,香甜新鮮菠羅,很多水果都很甜。個人很推介餐廳的自家製作雪糕,有雲尼拿味及摩卡咖啡味,雲尼拿雪糕內有粒粒雲尼拿籽,而摩卡咖啡味非常很上甘香味濃,兩款雪糕都非常香滑,味道都很濃郁好味道。【冷盤沙律區】不可不提這個沙律區有非常多款,有十多盤不同的沙律,而且旁邊更有幾款煙三文魚、煙肉及很多款芝士選擇,其中黑松露芝士很香,太多選擇,真是色彩繽紛又吸睛。〔Porterhouse Seafood & Steak〕@porterhouse_lkf香港中環蘭桂坊德己立街30-32號加州大廈7樓7/F, California Tower, 30-32 D'Aguilar Street, Lan Kwai Fong, Central, Hong Kong
