是晚黎到屯門食海鮮~期待左食海鮮好耐,呢晚終於黎到南記~有朋友推薦呢度可以係出面買完海鮮再拎入黎俾鋪頭加工~我地買左2000$海鮮,加工貴1200$,另外500$燒鵝每人大約各500$就有好新鮮惹味既海鮮食!我地買左龍蝦、蟶子、花甲、奄仔蟹、東風螺、九節蝦、扇貝燒鵝:個皮超脆同埋好多肉汁龍蝦:開邊用芝士焗,係南記招牌菜~本身以為用呢個整法一定係食唔到龍蝦鮮味,但好驚喜地食到芝士之餘仲有重重既龍蝦鮮味,真係令到大家異常驚喜蟶子:用豉汁整,啖啖肉超正花甲:用咸菜胡椒整,個湯超好飲,辣辣地好好飲奄仔蟹:用鹽焗,超惹味,第一次咁食蟹....回味無窮東風螺:辣酒煮,但係個味道好麻麻九節蝦:白灼,超彈牙!扇貝:蒜蓉粉絲蒸,味道唔錯但略嫌過火~總括成餐都勁正,同埋唔貴~好想再食!
