本來一行6人開開心心諗住book呢間所謂性價比好高嘅鐵板燒慶祝生日,點知去到同我哋講得兩個位,仲要屈我朋友book枱嘅時候講錯左係要兩位。其實聽錯定記錯都好,態度好少少丫。book枱嘅時候講明想坐吧枱,去到就話俾其他人book哂,諗住求其俾張枱我哋就算。其實都唔係好想同呢位職員爭論落去,我明可能生意咁好但都唔使好似唔憂做咁我哋都係消費者姐,搞到咩mood都冇又要臨時臨急搵一間餐廳同朋友繼續慶祝生日。

N年前喺長沙灣食過一次,嗰次都覺得幾好食,但係地點冇咁就腳,早排見到佢哋搬咗去深水埗,地點方便之餘,仲要近地鐵站,就打去訂位試試佢,結果發現都幾爆下,終於搵日得閒又有位就去試,結果發現裝修勁靚,坐得比以前長沙灣店舖寬鬆舒服,而且食物仲有進步,人頭五百零蚊食到鐵板燒,唔敢講冇,但係實屬罕有,佢哋個主題套餐,龍蝦鮑魚鵝肝基本上滿足晒所有要求,臨尾粒糯米糍送,錦上添花,鐵板師傅仲好健談,已經放入咗個一個月去一次嘅名單內。

❤️刺身 - 四款 都好新鮮 擺盤靚靚咁
❤️鮑魚 - 超大隻 啖啖肉 舊舊都好厚身呀
❤️龍蝦 - 店員好貼心 比定濕紙巾 同我哋講個頭都有好多肉㗎😂 隻龍蝦都好大隻好多肉,不過龍蝦頭我就真係唔識食啦,只係夾到少少肉出嚟
❤️鵝肝多士 - 鵝肝表面微焦,切開後內裡柔軟綿密,底下的多士烤得剛好,正好中和鵝肝的油膩
❤️牛肉薄燒 - 牛肉切得極薄,表面煎得微焦,邊緣帶點酥脆,內裡仍保持粉嫩柔軟,肉質鮮甜多汁

朋友生日話想吃鐵板燒,我就係Openrice 搜尋鐵板燒餐廳,見到評價唔錯同高質,所以就試試。估唔到深水埗舊區會有間咁高質嘅鐵板燒餐廳,外邊裝修好似日本居酒屋,街角小店位於青山道。餐廳裏面設有吧台位,可以近距離見到師傅烹調食物。鐵板燒龍蝦夠晒大隻,仲有好多膏,好香蝦膏味,食完一隻好想食多隻!燒鮑魚鮑魚鮮甜彈牙,醬汁濃郁提味,火候恰到好處,令人回味無窮。香煎鵝肝外層香脆,內裡嫩滑,油脂豐富,入口即化,奢華滋味令人難忘,非常好食。炒野菜食完肉食返菜中和下,椰菜因為鐵板炒,食落好有鑊氣同埋爽脆,食到野菜嘅鮮甜・鐵板燒櫻花蝦炒飯呢個真係不得了,成碗都係櫻花蝦,非常豐富,炒飯粒粒分明,層次相當豐富,味道啱啱好!

跟住就係牛油鮑魚,一嚟就聞到牛油味香噴噴,鮑魚肉質彈牙,至於龍蝦都真係幾大隻,啖啖肉,肉質仲要幾鮮甜,醬汁更加係超級惹味,龍蝦頭可以起到啲肉出嚟,兩樣海鮮都好好🦞
