之前喺長沙灣食過這間店舖,原來搬咗嚟深水埗, 記得上次食嘅時候食材好新鮮, 今日出咗糧又再嚟食一食喺門口睇餐牌就見到 鳥海山鐵板餐二人份有龍蝦,有鮑魚,仲有鵝肝多士第一道菜前菜 - 沙律第二度菜就係是日刺身-有四款侍應介紹順時針咁食一睇就知魚生新鮮鐵板料理的重頭戲,莫過於「活龍蝦」與「活鮑魚」整整一隻龍蝦起肉鐵板炒, 最特別係醬汁係以蝦膏調製所以蝦肉蝦膏味濃,師傅精準火候鎖住肉質彈性, 絕對係食到停唔到口活鮑魚彈牙有口感, 調味唔會好複雜,食返原本鮑魚的海鮮味, 覺得鮑魚最好嘅烹調方法就係鐵板 燒, 有鑊氣又惹味牛肉薄燒裏面捲咗一些蔥同埋炸蒜好期待的鵝肝多士厚切鵝肝煎至外皮酥脆, 下面多士以牛油煎香, 每一口都是熱量與幸福的拉鋸戰再嚟炒飯粒粒分明,有蛋香同埋櫻花蝦最後再加一個炒雜菜鐵板燒嘅精髓係既可以品嚐美食又可以睇到師傅炒功精湛餐廳逢星期一休息 continue reading

好抵食既鐵板燒想食好耐 最後一個人去左食!本身諗住簡單食個lunch set! 但又好想食龍蝦經店員介紹下 叫左2人餐既set !除咗龍蝦要原隻上 其他份量可減半本身想試有鮑魚嗰個餐但可惜今日咁啱冇鮑魚😂😂 所以就簡左魚呢個..佢跟嘅刺身好鮮甜下次絕對可以試吓佢嘅壽司同刺身!.銀鱈魚本身冇期待,點知又出預意料 幾滑溜好味!.活龍蝦 無簡錯!彈牙 好味!係調味濃咗啲.. 好想有碗白飯送😂😂.豚肉同菜就一般~.想平平哋食餐好嘅 大推呢間!.絕對會回訪嘅餐廳🤪 continue reading

N年前喺長沙灣食過一次,嗰次都覺得幾好食,但係地點冇咁就腳,早排見到佢哋搬咗去深水埗,地點方便之餘,仲要近地鐵站,就打去訂位試試佢,結果發現都幾爆下,終於搵日得閒又有位就去試,結果發現裝修勁靚,坐得比以前長沙灣店舖寬鬆舒服,而且食物仲有進步,人頭五百零蚊食到鐵板燒,唔敢講冇,但係實屬罕有,佢哋個主題套餐,龍蝦鮑魚鵝肝基本上滿足晒所有要求,臨尾粒糯米糍送,錦上添花,鐵板師傅仲好健談,已經放入咗個一個月去一次嘅名單內。 continue reading
