呢間鐵板燒由上年八月開已經想試好耐見佢OpenRice零負評而且好多人都有介紹終於的起心肝生日飯book枱去試試佢晚市做兩輪分別係六點同八點我哋準時1750到出面已經有人排隊所有食客都好準時我哋被安排坐Bar枱可以邊睇師傅煮邊食前菜沙律同市面差唔多 冇乜好講刺身拼盤 魚生鮮味帶子食落開胃之後師傅就開始開爐師傅煮嘢食非常俐落邊睇邊食 係一種高級享受而且師傅有問必答 氣氛非常好鮑魚非常鮮味 就算鐵板燒一啲都唔韌 而且好大隻加埋師傅有調味過整體好惹味龍蝦簡直係個餐嘅一絕必定要食 佢將龍蝦起咗肉之後用龍蝦嘅膏 打成醬汁調味之後 再炒返落龍蝦肉度有鑊氣之餘 亦顯示到師傅功架呢個係必定必定要食鵝肝多士 鵝肝滿滿但係經過師傅嘅鐵板處理完全唔覺得油膩 成口油非常乾身 加埋塊多士簡直絕配牛肉燒 入面有好多蔥有豐滿油溢感之餘亦食到蔥嘅甜香味櫻花蝦炒飯師傅特意炒到好乾身 粒粒分明入面有濃濃嘅牛油香櫻花蝦同炸蒜香氣整體配合得好好50衞門大吟釀 係另外叫 個餐唔包價值$388因為覺得食物太好味一定要開返支清酒咁先會盡興同埋諗極都諗唔到點解佢哋咁嘅質素可以賣到呢個價錢如果喺港島區 或者尖沙咀坐底收貴三份一或者一半
