長沙灣鳥海山鐵板燒,餐廳個名得得意意,裝修簡潔企理有風味,俾人感受到一種日本餐廳嚴謹嘅態度。跟住同朋友就分別揀咗佢嘅和牛一人前同虎蝦一人前。隨即沙律就送上啦,個汁酸酸溜溜,幾開胃,唔鍾意食菜嘅小朋友都會鍾意食。之後就上咗四點刺身,因為全部都係魚生,我就唔食嘅,朋友就話魚生新鮮,有咬口。接住落嚟就係兩塊都唔細舊嘅比目魚,煎到金黃色,賣相相當吸引,咬落去煎嘅部份微硬,同我預想中好滑溜嘅與質感有少少唔同,但味道都唔錯~清酒煮蜆,每隻蜆都大大粒,脹卜卜,湯底偏鹹,第一啖好飲,但越飲就越鹹。魷魚筒,我同朋友一致覺得魷魚新鮮但真係幾鹹。虎蝦賣相靚仔,食落彈下爽身,唔錯!M9和牛,質感唔係嗰種入口即溶嘅牛,但係牛味相當重。炒飯粒粒金黃,朋友覺得味道偏淡,我就覺得啱啱好。最後嘅炒雜菜其實我好滿意,蔬菜新鮮清甜,調味適中,朋友唔鍾意食菜,我自己一個人清晒。好滿足嘅一餐鐵板燒~

最後嘅炒雜菜其實我好滿意,蔬菜新鮮清甜,調味適中,朋友唔鍾意食菜,我自己一個人清晒。

同區嘅一間荔枝角繼當然精彩,不過價錢貴少少,而且佢港島分店Nobi我反而去多好多。

餐廳甚俱日式風格,寬敞明亮。通道寬敞。餐廳提供的二人前價錢由$358-$1198,查閱一下都廣受好評,最後選定$1198套餐(二人前)。沙律菜新鮮爽嫩,醬汁酸甜美味,恰到好處。係一道非常不錯的開胃前菜。刺身是非常高質,首先淺嘗赤伊佐木,不需要沾醬細細品嘗會發現散發出淡淡的甜味,肉質Q彈。油甘魚腩:入口即溶非常肥美甘香。押一口茶,跟住食三文魚腩非常有驚喜,超級肥美至極,味道鮮美,絕對係極品。真鯛的味道比較清淡,口感爽身,值得細細咀嚼慢慢享受。龍蝦起肉切粒,加入蝦膏略煎,將蝦肉變得更加香濃,鎖緊肉汁,同時肉質爽嫩順口。鮑魚嫩滑爽口彈牙,吾韌,煎香左之後更加惹味有嚼口。鵝肝與多士係最佳拍檔,煎香的鵝肝十分肥美,入口即化,一軟一硬,多士形成強烈對比,碰撞出不一樣的火花。牛肉薄燒係將燒香的牛肉薄片包住日本蔥花,相比蔥花味搶左牛肉味,感覺牛肉味比一般淡然,但日本蔥花又係比較香口,好特別的組合。炒菜用左牛油略炒,帶來滑嫩口感又沒有過份油膩,菜質鮮嫩仍然爽口,令人食欲大增。味增湯加入滑豆腐和紫菜,熱氣騰騰帶來溫暖,咸度適中,呷一口湯不斷清洗味蕾同時又增加食慾。炒飯外型呈金黃色,加入樱花蝦、粟米粒、雞蛋
