不過想大讚下佢個滑蛋,加左牛奶炒真係好滑

聽過旺記冰室的名字好耐,但每次都很長龍。今次機緣巧合一試,實在不負所望!叫了叉燒滑蛋飯,叉燒係半肥瘦,不鞋且香。蛋因為加左日本牛奶去炒,非常香滑,充滿蛋香,實在炒得好靚好creamy!而且分量亦夠大,材料十足。再配上自家製甜豉油撈飯一流。另外叫了一個餐肉煎蛋飯,餐肉真係好厚切!而且表面相當香脆,煎蛋亦有流漿。非常滿足!

佢嘅叉燒蝦仁滑蛋飯真係不得之了🤤🤤配合埋甜甜的豉油,簡直係天衣無縫嘅配搭。

叉燒肥瘦啱啱好,蝦仁一啲都唔林,好爽口,又大粒,蛋就滑到,說一聲就吞落肚🤣🤣

難怪每日去到兩三點都依然大排長龍,不過好在等位都快,午飯時間大概排15分鐘左右。大熱天時等位都有啲辛苦。

出餐快,同樣地用餐都要快,因為好多人係出面等緊,都有壓力。食過幾次,平均用餐時間30分鐘。

來了幾次都因為大排長龍食不到,今日下午3點幾來到,終於食到。聽朋友說下午茶的蕃茄通也很出色,所以和朋友決定點一份雙拼滑蛋飯和一份蕃茄通。蕃茄通的蕃茄湯底很稠,不是那種加了大量水的湯底,所以蕃茄味十分濃郁,午餐肉是切到方形大大粒的,很特別很可愛,如果你喜歡蕃茄味,你一定會喜歡。然後是我最期待的滑蛋飯,滑蛋炒得很滑,配上豉油,它們的豉油很香,但又唔會很咸,送飯一流。叉燒的肥瘦亦很適中,叉燒的色澤亦很紅,感覺叉燒是新鮮的,蝦仁亦爽口彈牙。整體感覺果然名不虛傳,我會想一食再食。

由於今日早食飯嘅關係,終於可以試到尖沙咀數一數二嘅茶記冰室——旺記冰室。平日大概朝早11點左右黎到已經坐無虛席,等左大概8分鐘先有位,岩岩好趕得切order早餐,值得一提餐廳冷氣同通風都夠,唔會好焗好熱。初頭睇餐牌,見到菜式都係一般冰室常見嘅早餐,但特別在佢地標明係用4.3牛奶去炒滑蛋,雞蛋仲係用日本蛋添。另外加$5就可以將麥包多士upgrade做呢度最出名嘅奶油脆豬,一場黎到當然要試!早晨A:特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉通粉 配 4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋 + 奶油脆豬蕃茄湯好香濃,面頭舖滿左蕃茄蓉,啖啖都好鮮味。通粉唔淋,仲有少許彈牙有咬口,份量好多。重點要讚下午餐肉,厚切大大粒之餘,四邊都有輕輕煎到金黃色,食落更加香脆,而且煎完食落亦無咁油膩,好可口煎完好乾脆,厚切大大粒有口感!係好多煉奶嘅奶油脆豬!即烘熱辣辣,煉奶亦跟住浸左入豬仔包入面,外皮脆卜卜,咬入啖啖煉奶香,唔乾身。炒滑蛋雖然份量好細,不過炒得啱啱好,仍然保持濕潤,再加上因為用咗日本蛋嘅關係,蛋黃味特別濃郁,顏色亦都較深。坐低食左無耐門口就開始排長龍,所以想黎食嘅朋友仔就記得揀岩時候喇😄

初頭睇餐牌,見到菜式都係一般冰室常見嘅早餐,但特別在佢地標明係用4.3牛奶去炒滑蛋,雞蛋仲係用日本蛋添。另外加$5就可以將麥包多士upgrade做呢度最出名嘅奶油脆豬,一場黎到當然要試!

蕃茄湯好香濃
,面頭舖滿左蕃茄蓉,啖啖都好鮮味。通粉唔淋,仲有少許彈牙有咬口,份量好多。
重點要讚下午餐肉,厚切大大粒之餘,四邊都有輕輕煎到金黃色,食落更加香脆,而且煎完食落亦無咁油膩,好可口

係好多煉奶嘅奶油脆豬!即烘熱辣辣,煉奶亦跟住浸左入豬仔包入面,外皮脆卜卜,咬入啖啖煉奶香,唔乾身。
炒滑蛋雖然份量好細,不過炒得啱啱好,仍然保持濕潤,再加上因為用咗日本蛋嘅關係,蛋黃味特別濃郁,顏色亦都較深。


坐低食左無耐門口就開始排長龍,所以想黎食嘅朋友仔就記得揀岩時候喇😄
