Was introduced to this cha chan tang by my friend who works in the area. Ever since I had it, I’ve been seeking out their dish at other locations in Yau Tong and Quarry Bay as well! I am addicted to the char siu egg dish. It’s delicious. $55 a bit steep for a cha chan tang but hey it’s worth it! I wasn’t even hungry and finished the whole plate !

筆者試過旺記數次不少人知它的成名之作炒滑蛋發覺較少人提及它的三文治決定提攜一下它✨午餐肉滑蛋生菜三文治上來時是厚實實又烘得香口的三文治一大口咬下 感覺就是滿足先撲味而來的是濃香的花生蛋味屬於半滑蛋 蛋中夾了碎餐肉令其帶有咸香味中間有碎生菜中和油膩感邊吃邊有稀釋了的花生醬流出滿滿的醬汁令包身不會過乾也不會醬汁過多導致包太濕潤反而愈吃愈香口吃完整個便是大滿足 也十分飽肚註:三文治是在早餐和下午茶時段才供應哦

✨午餐肉滑蛋生菜三文治
上來時是厚實實又烘得香口的三文治
一大口咬下 感覺就是滿足
先撲味而來的是濃香的花生蛋味
屬於半滑蛋 蛋中夾了碎餐肉
令其帶有咸香味
中間有碎生菜中和油膩感
邊吃邊有稀釋了的花生醬流出
滿滿的醬汁令包身不會過乾
也不會醬汁過多導致包太濕潤
反而愈吃愈香口
吃完整個便是大滿足 也十分飽肚

註:三文治是在早餐和下午茶時段才供應哦

重點來了,比想像中細個份量,朋友都覺得細過上次佢食,叉燒份量Ok,味道同預期中一樣,冇乜特別因爲相信佢都係買燒臘檔的,蛋的確很滑,但日本蛋本身冇乜蛋味,還是東北蛋最有蛋味,所以最靚炒蛋係需要溝蛋的,白飯出乎意料之外近乎完美,口感一流,甜鼓油的甜同咸度平衡得很好,我喜歡。

So I’ve did so research on which smooth creamy egg rice are there in town and this is definitely are of if the best in town. Sometime is better to eat alone as this restaurant is always packed. This is not signature dish but it taste fair and fine it is made from fermented bean curd; bean cheese marinated deep fried 🍗 maybe it’s delicious for foreign but since I’m a local so it didn’t live up to my expectation. The 🍟were okay nothing special rather. So remember to come for the right food next time haha
