To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次經過旺記都見到人排隊,又難怪既,因為佢最出名既滑蛋飯真係幾好味,而且價錢相宜。星期六夜晚七點到達餐廳,當然要等啦。大約等左二十分鐘就入得去,都可以接受。原來滑蛋牛肉飯只限午餐供應,而晚餐時間,會用叉燒取替牛肉。今次我就叫左個滑蛋叉燒蝦仁飯😋旺記用既係日本雞蛋加上用牛奶黎煮,真係幾滑,而蝦仁亦幾大隻同爽口,叉燒又大大舊好入味。平時食量細既我都差唔多食哂全碟滑哂呀。推介!侍應服務態度都幾好,問佢餐牌既野佢都無唔耐煩。
