同朋友係尖沙咀附近整頭髮,發現呢一間有名氣茶餐廳,於是入去試一試。呢度出名嘅係叉燒滑蛋飯,但因為我哋係早餐時間,所以就叫左兩個早餐,一個係鮮忌廉鮑魚雞湯火腿絲通粉,配鮮牛油麥包多士同炒蛋,雖然火腿絲同通粉嘅份量唔算話好多,但係鮑魚雞湯既清淡,唔會令你覺得好油膩。而炒蛋有別於平時嘅餐廳,因為真係食得出好香滑,因為呢度採用嘅係日本蛋,再配埋個多士,簡直大滿足。另一個餐係食沙嗲牛肉麵雖然平平無奇,配個奶油豬仔包,豬仔包熱辣辣沾滿煉奶,再加上外脆內軟,雖然卡路里好高但偶爾一次真係好滿足!我哋同樣地叫咗熱奶茶,奶味唔算好重,茶香味就好加分,如果中意茶香味嘅人就可以嚟呢度叫熱奶茶。我哋一致認為呢度嘅早餐都唔差,希望下次可以試到呢度嘅叉燒滑蛋飯。

首先要讚下佢嘅烏冬口感,係屬於好彈牙嗰一款烏冬,聽店員講就係來自讚岐,配上醬油,識落就係好似印尼撈麵嗰種味道,但係就配上烏冬。雞球我就覺得有啲dry,覺得佢嘅柚子醬唔夠,如果多啲醬會更好🤣

🔹招牌花生醬蛋生菜四式三文治 ($32) 連飲品.成功係11點26分叫到個早餐😭想食呢個蛋治好耐!利申未試過裕興,但呢個係香港絕對係放得上神枱之作!自從去完台灣,就發現原來花生醬同蛋可以咁夾!當然呢到唔會用福源花生醬🤣啱啱上枱嘅超厚蛋,又熱又滑差啲辣親個咀🤦🏼‍♀️個賣相好到隔離枱大陸人問我係咩餐😂一咬落去蛋香軟綿、生菜爽脆,再加上花生醬鹹香,烘底麥包,真係好乸正😳呢個真係超飽,可以當晏就🤣🤣🤣.📩tips:記得記得要拎起擺張紙係麵包底,如果唔係個蛋同水氣會整濕哂個包,真點後果自負後果自負!可以叫留邊/走肉~素食者都啱!-

久仰大名嘅旺記叉燒滑蛋飯,成日見到洗版post,見到滑luetluet嘅蛋同最愛嘅叉燒,非常吸睛。不過都聽聞好多大陸人排隊,所以都冇乜勇氣去食。結果有一晚weekday晚飯時間去尖沙咀分店碰一碰運氣,條人龍大概十幾個人,諗住應該都唔會太耐嘅,佢turnover rate咁高,結果等咗大概半個鐘就有得入去喇。我哋當然諗都唔洗諗,就嗌咗最招牌嘅~自家製叉燒 日本滑蛋飯 配旺記秘製甜豉油連要唔要蝦都唔使諗,男朋友唔鍾意食蝦,我就唔食茶餐廳嘅蝦仁...(富貴胃)果然名不虛傳,叉燒肉質爽口,蛋滑到「雪」一聲,個甜豉油味道都恰到好處。略嫌飯好似硬咗少少,因為本身比較鐘意食軟飯嘿嘿。但如果再食又要等半粒鐘,我又覺啲可以有第二啲選擇咁。
