To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. <我的茶記日子·旺記冰室🍴>_午6.鮮忌廉雞湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉$46 _作為翠記前BD仔,包包我呢就由本來唔食茶記嘅😂,到依家進化到可以一日三餐早餐敏華、午餐民華、晚餐翠華😆,而對上weekend 放假都走咗去食旺記🤓,而旺記嘅午6鮮忌廉雞湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉餐一直深得包包心😌,通粉係坑紋通,非常掛湯有口感,通粉冇煮爛,鮑魚火腿絲切得剛剛好,配埋唔會太過濃烈同死鹹嘅鮮忌廉雞湯到真係一流😬_至於個滑蛋呢,就老咗少少唔夠滑,牛乳味唔太出,鮮牛油麥包厚多士就幾特別嘅,夠香夠脆帶有少少小麥味,Ummm 杯茶走都交到貨嘅,煉奶多左少少,甜左DD
