周日从家步行至soho,想找间悠闲好味的中餐厅。餐厅装修很花心思,非常漂亮也很Instagramable。然而饭菜端上来,却是各种“四不像”:-鸡丝粉皮第一次见用黑色红薯粉做鸡丝粉皮的,红薯粉十分厚重也粘连成一团,整体很干口味不佳,麻酱也结作一团- 担担面大量汤的担担面??是我少见多怪吗……花生酱和辣的味道自然也很淡-虾饺和小笼包只能说还算正常,然而小笼包的汤汁和面皮都差强人意,完全不如楼下对面的小店祥兴记…-净鱼蛋是日唯一的味道可以达标的菜====很惊讶openrice上面的这么多的好评/like从何而来?!难道真的只是被颜值吸引吗?不可思议。我个人不会再来,完全浪费了我吃淀粉的quota,口味方面还不如美心皇宫一类的连锁餐厅。服务态度总体很好,但是无法弥补口味上的短板。很可惜,openrice最少必须评一颗心,另最终评分为ok,其实我个人评价体系认为应为“差评”。

很惊讶openrice上面的这么多的好评/like从何而来?!难道真的只是被颜值吸引吗?不可思议。
我个人不会再来,完全浪费了我吃淀粉的quota,口味方面还不如美心皇宫一类的连锁餐厅。
服务态度总体很好,但是无法弥补口味上的短板。
很可惜,openrice最少必须评一颗心,另最终评分为ok,其实我个人评价体系认为应为“差评”。

湯圓是黑芝麻湯圓,皮薄之餘,芝麻餡香味濃厚但不太甜。吃完,嚐一口烏龍茶,即時變得不膩且怡口。

值得一提的是,這裡一個茶位是$15。頗貴吧?不過,我們後來覺得那是值得的。因為店家提供的是「蕎麥茶」,蕎麥茶十分有益,可以降血脂,血糖及糖尿,而侍應每次加注的茶是有色有味,蕎麥味超重,絕非有色無味的茶,可見真材實料。

離開時,發現這蕎麥茶也供出售,價錢也不便宜呢,早知多喝幾杯!下次可以帶媽媽去呢!

今天是一個重要的日子,而我一直也知道她很想再回來這裡食多次,所以趁今次就帶她再來,而且這裡的確也水準依然。這次,我們點了宮廷點心盤,內裡有7款各種精美的點心和前菜,都蠻好吃的,特別是天鵝形狀的點心。湯是她很喜歡的糖心黑蒜燉嚮螺,味道依舊係咁正。厚切叉燒王,夠厚切又肥美。還有金銀蒜蒸勝瓜金菇,勝瓜咸咗小小,但金菇唔錯。另外還有蝦球蟹籽銀絲煲,蝦球精緻夠彈牙,好食。還有不得不數的私房金黃球泡飯,黃金球外脆內軟,泡飯的湯又好好飲,好入味,配埋上面d小菜一齊食,真係一流ga.食到我地2個停唔到口!最後則是蠻有驚喜的麻雀13么半份,麻雀是椰汁糕配威化紙,好靚好好食!值得推薦大家過來一吃再吃的高質餐廳。

麻雀白色部非常滑,食落似椰汁糕,唔係,應該係椰汁啫哩,而綠色部分帶有微微的酸,係咩咧?麻雀上面貼左塊「紙」,都可以食,無味。而果張美金同人民幣係米紙做嘅,單面打印,都可以食用,不過都係無味,唔緊要,做影相道具一流!

最後,餐廳服務非常好,各服務員對食客都好殷勤,仲密切留意我地茶杯夠唔夠茶,加茶好爽快,非常值得稱讚👍🏼

整體來說,名館嘅環境簡約舒適、員工服務表現優秀、上菜爽快、食物色味俱全,而且佢地喺餐牌、餐具、菜式同濕紙巾都花心細搞搞創意。我會再食再食再再食...😊

------我個移民朋友話好內無飲過湯嘅關係所以我哋就嗌左呢個seems to be好補身嘅湯啦,上菜時好似我爸爸平時係屋企飲茶咁,每人有一個細杯仔,逐啖逐啖咁dep,估唔到盅仔細細小,又會咁鮮味喎!入面都唔馬夫架,俾足料,有雞肉同埋一一塊好似豬皮嘅野,原來係海星。我哋飲原之後再斟,啲湯仲keep到溫度。

前菜: 欖角肉鬆蒸秋葵($68)
------見到好多人都有點呢個,本身自己係唔食秋葵嘅,奈何同朋友二比二之下,都嗌左。。。上面黑色嘅係欖角,環掂都嗌左,咁就頂硬上試下啦,我夾左好多欖角去嘗試蓋過啲滑sarn sarn嘅感覺,夾嘅時候已經見到啲秋葵"汁",食落去係有啲口水feel嘅,但係同欖角嘅味都幾夾,唔計佢嘅"口感",味道方面係好食嘅!

點心: 鮮肉一口小籠包($68),鮮蝦金魚餃($58)同老鼠愛大米($48)
------首先要講下個蒸籠,同平時出面啲酒樓唔同架,呢度個啲係六角形嘅,可以砌到貼住大家,比較慳位。小籠包啲汁都算鮮味,不過可以再熱小小。其他嘅兩個點心會比較有特色啲,鮮蝦金魚餃同老鼠愛大米外型好可愛,前者其實係蝦餃,後者係外面糯米入面就好似鹹水角啲餡咁,如果外皮無咁厚就好啦,如果唔係食完一個都嘅飽。要注意呢兩個點心係特三粒架咋,所以我同朋友就要分一半啦!

飯: 和風櫻花蝦炒飯($118)
------櫻花蝦甫滿成個飯,唔會好似出面個啲整係小小咁係中間做裝飾
色香都有啦,入面有埋豆豆粒同粟米粒,食落去每一啖都有櫻花蝦嘅鮮味,好香時亦唔會太鹹。除此以外佢個分量都好多,四個女仔都夠食!

真正嘅"餸"哈哈: 蜂蜜柚子蝦球($88)同霸王辣子雞丁($138)
------蜂蜜柚子蝦球上菜時好日本feel架,好似拎住個筐咁。炸得好金黃色,啖啖肉我最愛!而且真係有柚子片係面架,甜甜酸酸好海胃。霸王辣子雞丁真係連個碟都係雞嘅做型,見到成碟野鋪滿紅色嘅辣椒,本來都唔係太咁食,不過食落其實唔係太辣,反而係有種香嘅麻辣味,好香口好惹味,會越食越想食!

甜品: 詐糊($68)
------網上面成日見到FB同IG有人影低呢個甜品,我哋都唔執輸要order個黎試下啦!上面白色嘅係椰汁糕,以後面就有小小桂花糕。桂花糕好香好多料,就算成粒連埋椰汁糕一齊食都有淡淡嘅桂花味。上面嘅中發白係好似米紙咁嘅,連人民幣同美金都食得架!

最後都要提一提佢地嘅蕎麥茶(茶介每一位$15),每一次侍應們走過黎同我哋加水嘅時候我都好surprise,有邊一間餐廳會用上成半樽蕎麥黎沖茶架,令到啲茶好重蕎麥味,好潤喉。埋完單時見到佢有個牌,完來啲蕎麥茶有得賣架!正!

今日約埋幾位好朋友,試下呢間位於中環係網上都幾高評價嘅中菜-「名館 Ming Bistro」。一入到餐廳,有少少懷疑自己去錯地方。因為佢裝修真係幾潮幾特別下,有少少似高級西餐廳嘅格調。但望當中有唔少中式擺設融合左係入面。真係好有心思。餐牌選擇十分子多,我地係諗左好耐之後點左三味點心 - "鮮蝦金魚餃,"老鼠愛大米" 同埋" 鮮肉一口小籠包" ,跟住點左個"天山雪蓮燉海星" 湯,再點左三碟小菜- " 霸王辣子雞丁" ," 欖角肉崧蒸秋葵" , 同埋"蜂蜜柚子蝦球" , 仲有"和風櫻花蝦炒飯" ,最後就係甜品- "詐糊". 先講點心 - 賣相真係好吸睛。鮮蝦金魚餃係一條好可愛嘅金魚樣。放係一個六角形嘅小蒸籠入面。真係好似一個小金魚缸咁,好攪笑。一食落口係包住一隻好大隻嘅彈牙大蝦,睇得又食得。另外一味老鼠愛大米,我地都係見佢個名咁得意,貪得意叫黎試下。點知佢個樣係成隻老鼠仔黎,好可愛! 佢係一d 糯米皮咁,包住少少豬肉餡。感覺似食煙靭嘅咸水角。味道帶小小甜,算係好睇又好食。小籠包就皮薄薄同幾多湯汁。不過前面兩款太得意。相對佢就失色左XD .跟住講下湯, 天山雪蓮燉海星用一個茶壺載住,用小杯慢

跟住講下湯, 天山雪蓮燉海星用一個茶壺載住,用小杯慢慢品嘗 。倒出黎嘅湯清甜又唔油,幾滋潤。我地打開左個蓋睇下,入面有瘦肉,天山雪蓮,雞腳,雞肉,仲有好大塊海星。果然好足料。

小菜嘅霸王辣子雞丁 ,係我全晚最欣賞嘅菜式。佢用一個雞型籃仔載住好多辣子同花椒,當然仲有主角雞丁。雞丁吸收晒辣子同花椒嘅味道,加上雞丁炸出黎嘅油香夾雜住少少麻辣味。真係好出色。不過美中不足係雞多左少少骨。如果起埋骨就更加正。欖角肉崧蒸秋葵就好清新,佢欖角同肉崧係煮成醬咁,伴住秋葵一齊食就變左不再單調。蜂蜜柚子蝦球就係好似金魚餃一樣嘅大蝦炸左個金黃脆皮,加埋甜甜嘅柚子蜂蜜,唔錯。"和風櫻花蝦炒飯" 就面頭鋪滿左櫻花蝦,口口飯都差唔多有蝦拌住食。

食到飽一飽都好,但係我地都叫左一個甜品- "詐糊" ,呢個甜單係 好似奶凍加上桂花味。但呢個我覺得賣相先係重點,因為佢係舊舊都整到麻雀咁嘅樣。仲有一張人民幣同美金嘅米紙做裝飾。(但可以食嫁) 。影相放上網呃LIke 一流!
