今日行完PMQ行到好肚餓,又想飲啖燉湯潤下個人就去咗"名館"因為聽朋友講話呢道啲燉湯好出名! 入到去就見到一幅用好多7彩小蒸籠排成嘅特色牆!manu都好特別做到好似有一對藍門咁~話明出名燉湯就緊係叫返個鷓鴣燉湯補補先啦!飲落口非常夠火喉好似將所有材料嘅味道都迫晒出嚟咁。小3碟-有海蜇 青瓜同埋厚切叉燒,海蜇加埋陳年香醋爽口又開胃。而厚叉燒蜜汁味濃咬落鬆軟,真係要試。而小金魚蝦餃外形做得唔錯,成隻大蝦收埋咗喺隻金魚入面!翠玉瓜炒海參只可以講夠鑊氣色香味都做到有100分,海參好有鮮味蜜桃咕嚕肉每一舊咕嚕肉都冇骨仲有外皮炸到脆卜卜酸甜度剛剛好呢個組合叫飯係無可避免所以就叫埋個竹筒飯,我完全冇保留地成個食晒最後就緊係要叫返個炸糊,食銀紙麻雀難唔到我囉^^
