在歌賦街,從鴨巴甸街進入歌賦街,過九記牛腩再向前一分鐘,在同方向,比較低調。燈光較暗,帶到最裡面的房間,基本都是高凳子高椅子,基本都是六人桌子。桌面有很多醬料,胡椒,還有兩桶刀子和叉子,需要自己提取。中午有套餐,有普通的牛仔骨也有較高級的和牛,有鐵板的也有涮涮鍋。我選擇了牛仔骨,鐵板上,雜菜湯,沙拉,飯,配一罐飲料,味道不錯。78埋單。自己招呼後到櫃台付錢就是了。旁邊的九記等待較久,環境一般,味道也不至於讓我在太陽下排隊,開鋪也較晚。所以轉戰這裡也不錯。價錢差不多。

而且佢地既出產地都係大有名堂既,

其實計番條數佢都真係唔算貴,

一陣會食咁多肉,所以緊係要叫個清清地既沙律黎平衡下啦,

呢個沙律既沙律菜都幾新鮮,用上黑醋汁感覺冇咁肥,

黎得食扒點會淨係食一款,我地仲點左出品自已經有悠久歷史既U.S. IBP既安格斯肉眼扒,

師傅手勢好,塊扒都係Keep到Medium,肉質鮮嫩,而且有鎖住本身既肉汁。

另外,佢少左A4 和牛西冷油膩感,但牛味就較重,女仔會鍾意食。

呢到仲有兩款自家調製既醬汁,白酒白草汁係比較Fresh 啲既,

冇咁易蓋過本身既牛味。而韓式赤麵醬就比較似韓式燒肉醬,味道較香口。

今次叫左Medium Well, 但都唔會太熟,

肉質都係好鮮嫩,帶有少許蘇味,真係鍾意食羊既人會好中意,

另外佢加配既薄荷香草醬係比較清新,

搭配羊扒食都唔錯。

豬手既皮烘到十分十分香脆同埋冇肥膏,

介紹完點分, 大家有冇留意佢上面仲寫左200g up, 當時我地有問可唔可以叫150g? 因為其實咩都想試下, 如果下下次食200g真係會飽到死人~

老細又話: set做200g係有原因, 因為佢地係用鐡板上, 如果牛扒叫200g以下, 就會好薄, 如果太薄再用鐡板上. 上到枱就會因為d熱力另到塊板over cook, 如果牛的話, 就做唔到入口即溶~
另外, 佢地重點推薦唔係d扒既質素, 係佢地自己手工製既醬汁

就好似老細咁話, 200g其實唔係好太塊, 切開大概每人2舊左右, 佢用左好多洋蔥係底, 同時更加帶出牛肉既香味, 食落去真係入口即溶!!!!我地叫既係5成熟, 感覺好似唔太洗咬咁!!

到最後, 就係佢個豬手! 依個豬手呢, 我strongly recommend大家真係一定要叫!! 同埋上枱時waiter係咁叫我地要快d食~ 佢個皮真係炸得好好好好脆, 同時佢d肉一定都唔硬, 仲有軟軟地!! 肥膏方面都唔算多~ 就算炸完你都唔會覺得佢好油!!! 所以強烈推薦大家一定要食豬手!!!

當然中間唔少我朕好鐘意食既薯條啦~哈哈哈~

佢岩岩上既時候, 其實仲見到有d油係面, 初初以為佢炸得不是太好, 但我估係因為岩岩新鮮炸起, 所以d油都未吸得晒~ 結果慢慢食完d扒, 再食下d薯條, 佢都仲係有小小外脆內軟!!
價錢方面我地都點去計~ total around食左$1200左右~

總結:

如果以$1200, 食到有3-4塊扒, 仲要係A5同安格斯, 真心真心真心覺得好抵! 質素都係好好!

店家表示佢地黑毛豬三成熟已經可以食,但我地唔慣食太生的豬肉所以點左五成熟。肉質超腍,第一次食咁厚身豬肉可以咁軟身,但食得出唔係因為落左鬆肉粉,而係本身夠令,而烹飪得宜,令肉質唔會過硬。配上自家制的紅酒醋,好滿足!

是晚星期6, 0係中環想食好西~~~(但又唔想超貴) 於是就open rice 一下, 拎下靈感search 到呢間Metal Steak, 靈機一捉, 其實幾個月前都想試佢架啦.. 點知0個晚佢冇開喎.. 之後一直冇左回事好啦! 一於今晚去試下佢啦! 由於唔想食到太貴, 所以我地兩個都冇揀A4牛, 只係揀左安格斯, 一個西冷一個肉眼另外一個就加多$30蚊跟餐 (有湯, Salad & 飯)裝修係幾靚的~~salad & 湯都ok 喇...個湯都算濃, 不過都幾細份牛的份量, 我地兩個都係叫200g (minimum 係要叫200g)值得一讚的是, 佢切完塊牛之後, 會走過黎同你講佢實際切左幾多g, 感覺都均真 (雖然唔知係咪真係咁多g 啦...)例如: 我地塊牛最後佢係切左190幾g, 唔足200g的,, 佢會計返實際重量來收錢食物質數方面, 不過不失啦, 冇乜太大驚喜所以都未必會翻兜lu..

值得一讚的是, 佢切完塊牛之後, 會走過黎同你講佢實際切左幾多g, 感覺都均真 (雖然唔知係咪真係咁多g 啦...
)

Another tip would be do grab a high chair if you are wearing high heels. You will  feel tired soon as part of the restaurants are walled with high tables only, you have to stand for the whole meal. And, here, we are talking about finished a more-than-200g of meat instead of fast food. Hence, if you really want to enjoy the meal served comfortably, go to the high chair area.

As I am not a meat lover, I don't have too many sophisticated comments about the meat offered. But a tip for the food is that do order 1 level lower than the level of how well you want the meat to be cooked. For example, if I like the steak which is med-ium-well, just order a steak in med-ium because the metal plates are extremely hot that will keep heating the meat while you are eating. Therefore, if you order a med-ium well steak, the second half of it would be "well-done" by the time you eat it. As said, not being a meat-love, I like the onions and corn on the side. They are rich in the meat juice. Do finish them and the salad as they help washing away the oil from the meat.
