Happy Friday同一班朋友黎中環但唔係飲野,係食野扒,平時去啲高級得黎有情調既餐廳食個塊扒都唔一定好味,仲成日會overcook, 所以今次我地就黎左呢間唔係主打情調,而係主打質素既餐廳食扒~呢到有兩層,上層以高枱為主,牆身既分佈圖俾我地一眼睇晒唔同部位既名!餐牌簡而精,平時成日叫既牛,豬,羊扒都齊晒,而且佢地既出產地都係大有名堂既,另外呢到特別既地方係計g既,200g起,老闆話低過200g扒會太薄,好易會overcook,而且200g係一人份量,所以岩岩好!其實計番條數佢都真係唔算貴,A4 和牛扒$400中,U.S IBP 安格斯牛扒先$180, 呢個價錢係出面既高級餐廳點會食到!除左扒類,佢都仲有一系列小食同沙律俾人揀。 松葉蟹腳沙律一陣會食咁多肉,所以緊係要叫個清清地既沙律黎平衡下啦,呢個沙律既沙律菜都幾新鮮,用上黑醋汁感覺冇咁肥,另外佢既松葉蟹腳都係有經黑醋醃製,酸酸地好好味。原味炸粗薯條食扒點可以冇薯條,呢到係用粗薯條,岩晒我心水,不過就略嫌薯條表面仍冇少少油,炸得未夠透。 OMI A4 Sirloin Steak主角到,先係日本A4 和牛,我地食既部位係西冷,我地叫

一陣會食咁多肉,所以緊係要叫個清清地既沙律黎平衡下啦,

呢個沙律既沙律菜都幾新鮮,用上黑醋汁感覺冇咁肥,

另外佢既松葉蟹腳都係有經黑醋醃製,酸酸地好好味。

原味炸粗薯條

食扒點可以冇薯條,呢到係用粗薯條,岩晒我心水,

不過就略嫌薯條表面仍冇少少油,炸得未夠透。

OMI A4 Sirloin Steak

主角到,先係日本A4 和牛,我地食既部位係西冷,

我地叫左Medium,佢真係岩岩好Medium,

而且塊扒牛脂分佈得好好,食落去係入口即溶,配埋底下既洋蔥香味,

真係好正,我地最後忍唔住叫多塊。

黎得食扒點會淨係食一款,我地仲點左出品自已經有悠久歷史既U.S. IBP既安格斯肉眼扒,

師傅手勢好,塊扒都係Keep到Medium,肉質鮮嫩,而且有鎖住本身既肉汁。

另外,佢少左A4 和牛西冷油膩感,但牛味就較重,女仔會鍾意食。

呢到仲有兩款自家調製既醬汁,白酒白草汁係比較Fresh 啲既,

冇咁易蓋過本身既牛味。而韓式赤麵醬就比較似韓式燒肉醬,味道較香口。

Australian Lamb Rack 
除左食牛扒,我地都點左澳洲羊扒,

今次叫左Medium Well, 但都唔會太熟,

肉質都係好鮮嫩,帶有少許蘇味,真係鍾意食羊既人會好中意,

另外佢加配既薄荷香草醬係比較清新,

搭配羊扒食都唔錯。

Germany Pork Knuckle

最後我地仲點左德國豬手,真係要超級表揚下師傳,

豬手既皮烘到十分十分香脆同埋冇肥膏,

但內裹肉質仍然係嫩滑既,真係幾高水準!
