等位時,老爸一直看著廚房玻璃窗掛著的烤鴨,很是期待,但實際味道不似預期,確實有點失望。


事後問了當初一起試美中鴨子的朋友,原來她也有和家人再來品嚐,但同樣覺得水準下降了。其實水準下降並不代表難吃,只是當你品嚐過它的好,就會感覺差別特別明顯。只能說,估計短時間內不會再來了。

一直都好想試美中鴨子,不過尖沙嘴分店長期都大排長龍所以一直都未有機會食。無意中發現原來屋企附近都有一間分店,所以就決定去試下。煎小黃魚整得唔錯,煎得好香脆,但係肉質依然keep到好嫩滑唔會好乾,而且都算幾大條。上湯茶樹菇豆苗都OK,不過略嫌口感過於硬,如果可以煮耐多少少會更好。滿心歡喜等左好耐既北京填鴨反而令我好失望😞 一見到個色澤已經覺得比平時食開既烤鴨淺色,以為係因為師傅要烤得啱啱好先係咁,結果一咬落去,肉質太乾,而且完全都太瘦,完全感受唔到烤鴨的油份。而且連包烤鴨的皮都整得太厚,完全無通透感覺,仲要係唔熱既。真心有d失望,希望只係個別事件/尖沙嘴分店可能會好d。

早幾日約左朋友一齊食飯,但我同佢都係咁岩遲收工,所以都係決定係屋企附近食,係popcorn行下諗下,一於就試美中鴨子,因為平日好多人等位都食唔到,今日晏左反而有機會食。雖然係八點幾,但都要等一陣位,入到去睇一睇個menu就即刻點野食了,因為都好肚餓。第一樣梗係要點片皮鴨,兩個人就叫左半隻就夠。之後就叫左火鴨豆腐羮,雖然係3-4人位,但因為想食D 流質食物所以都叫左,最後叫左一籠小籠包。最先黎既係火鴨豆腐羮,份量係幾多,都幾足料。之後就到小籠包,皮薄餡都幾好,熱辣辣幾好味。主角梗係最遲先出場,我估應該好多人都叫,所以最遲先到。皮好脆,但又唔會太多肥油,鴨燒到岩岩好。佢皮同肉都有分開上,岩哂鍾意食皮既我。

一行10人於星期六中午食飯,過半人數後,等執檯都等了半小時才能入座。當中比較好味的是小排骨,擺碟好像山水畫一般,酸甜的醬汁令它非常惹味!小籠包都非常出色,充滿鮮甜的湯汁!但它的招牌菜填鴨比較失色,鴨皮及肥瘦ok,但鴨肉沒味道,即使加了醬汁,鴨味感覺不太特出!

總括來講,我好推介美中鴨子,因為啲嘢好食,又抵食,用enjoy卡俾錢有九折,折完之後七個人總共食咗$1150到,而且環境好舒服,裝修都好新淨。唯一唔好係超多人排隊。

今天是妹妹的生日翌日,我們一家到將軍澳品嚐美中鴨子,遺憾多年前並未能夠在尖沙咀快活一番,今天一於來個與民同樂。坦白說,我認為這家店的食物與質素成正比,因為這家店的食物沒有令人驚嘆的價錢,質素卻可以維持在一定的水準上,令人看見美心的敬業精神。這晚的亮點是北京填鴨,令我最驚喜的是那塊薄薄的皮,雖然很薄,但並沒有因此而很容易被戳穿,反而堅韌有感,令人越嚼越有感覺。不過,大家緊記這間餐廳不設預訂服務,大家在繁忙時間中大概要等候30分鐘才能入座~入座時人數必須過一半~~

星期六晚上就揀左黎美中鴨子慶祝家人生日,walk in入去就有位啦!將軍澳呢閒環境好闊落,餐桌上的筷子擺設很有心思,都是鴨子形狀來。我地叫8個人叫左七個餸,當然少不了叫一隻片皮鴨啦,這裡的鴨皮和肉是分離的,肉質好嫩滑,小蒸籠裡有些包鴨的皮,保持熱哄哄的,還有些醬汁、京葱和青瓜,簡直是星級片皮鴨,整體上都好滿意啊。

蔥油餅出奇地超鬆化, 我家姐非常欣賞, 一咬就散了, 鬆化又香口!

再來宮保雞丁 ~ 平時我媽不吃出面的雞, 很怕又鞋又乾又有雪味的。但呢個佢食唔停口, 大讚雖然辣但香口又好味, 雞肉也嫰滑。

最後才來半隻北京烤鴨, 因為每枱也 order, 製作需時, 一坐低第一時間即刻已經 order 了 ~ 仍然最後才到。

正是老媽至愛! 皮脆肉嫩, 鴨肉很滑, 皮下脂肪已經被片走, 很細心的做法。

另外, 夾肉的薄餅不像其他店吃的又乾又厚又硬, 而是又薄又, 帶點煙韌。

最後還有生煎包, 可惜 3 人已吃得飽飽, 老媽成碟打包了。

雖然每晚爆場但平日夜晚早一些來應該不用等位的, 但可能要 6:30 pm 前, 很早哩。而且這店是不設訂位服務的, 所以要排隊入座。

將軍澳中心裝修之後只喺上年去過一次,同事話呢度開咗間京菜,午巿唔多人可以試吓。避開午飯人潮時間,大概兩點客人唔多,我幾鐘意個環境同埋餐具,靜靜哋,食物方面味道唔錯,份量正常,配料少咗啲。有一樣唔係咁好係飲品比較貴,只有汽水同茶選擇,茶係一壺,我哋三個人其中一個食可樂,其餘兩個每人一壺茶,如果天氣熱都幾難受。職員話可以坐到四點半,如果放假嚟食坐低食完嘢傾計飲晒一壺茶我覺得都係唔錯嘅選擇。午餐選擇唔多。飲品要加$12。環境舒適,特別窗邊位,大玻璃透入光線。筷子托,碟,盛載菜嘅餐具都好別緻。紫甘藍雞絲粉皮,我哋都傾咗一陣先起筷,粉皮入口仍然有透心涼感覺,唔錯。三娘春卷,熱辣辣,脆卜卜,吸收咗調味嘅津白做餡減少油膩感,亦唔會過清淡。土雞湯小雲呑,呢個無特別。香芋海鮮鍋飯,雖然海鮮好少,但焗得香噴噴,上面嘅汁唔漏又好味。上海粗炒麵味道普通,只有一至兩條肉絲。響米海鮮泡飯,海鮮又係好少,泡飯加入脆米,口感特別,味道亦唔錯。茶茶及中國茶有個熱茶座令茶保溫,不過諗到趕時時飲晒,影完相即時比我吹熄,茶係唔錯,清清哋,幫助消化。一個飲中國茶 : 茉莉綠茶。一個飲花茶 : 粉紅玫瑰。一個飲可樂,係杯裝。
