To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食母親節飯,揀咗呢間將軍澳嘅京菜名店。作為美心集團嘅一員,之前都食過幾次。比我嘅感覺一直都係,嘢食係做得唔錯,但係食得好匆忙。今次再嚟食嘢都係一樣,要分時段食,5:30入座係要七點離座,職員係會準時叫人離座。片皮鴨係做得好好,皮脆肉嫩,餅皮熱辣辣之餘,佢係逐塊分開嘅。不過佢嘅份量的確幾少,呢度係半隻。小籠包嘅皮,略為有啲厚,但厚唔代表實淨,都幾容易整爛…黃金翠玉瓜算係整得幾好食,亦都有創意,可以一試。呢個叫做桂花糕東伴鴨件。加上桂花糕嘅鴨件其實係幾有創意,但個人認為用薯片加沙律醬係有啲奇怪。呢個金腿鮮菌炒飯算係有啲驚喜,有鑊氣,味道調味亦都足夠。整體嚟講,喺味道上,其實佢仲係食得過嘅,而且亦都唔算貴。不過我覺得實在食得太匆忙,唔啱想慢慢坐嘅人。

嚟到美中鴨子當然必叫佢地嘅北京填鴨😋平日入座率唔算高 唔使等位都直入而樓面姐姐服務態度都好好 唯獨係上菜時間較慢 涼菜好快上到 但主菜(填鴨同鴨肉香菇炒飯)要30-40分鐘先上菜🥲- 烤北京填鴨 (半隻)烤北京填鴨上菜較慢但好足份量 二至三人食都合適用嚟包填鴨嘅皮夠薄身 青瓜亦都清脆值得推介😛- 鴨肉香菇炒飯呢個炒飯一般 普通正常味道 飯粒都夠煙靭 但不會再試- 三里橋酒醉雞醉雞作為涼菜十分適合酒味香濃 滲哂入雞件入面雞件亦都啖啖肉 可以一試😋😋
