To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於等到啦~~「鴨子」規定晚市要 5 點半開始,冇得訂枱,齊一半人數先可進入。記得上次,5點9黎拎位,預計要等兩小時或以上,結果放棄。今次,5點3黎拎位,誇張到,已經排晒隊。不過好好彩,今次唔洗再等,準時5點半入去。落單時,除左「北京填鴨」、「蔥油餅」 之外,完全冇概念要叫啲咩,所以決定叫過4人餐。 4人餐份量好足: 清新柚子沙律 (好fresh, 夠沙律)青蔥麻香雞(又夠辣,又夠麻,正!)上海大碗雲吞鴨湯(唔油,係雲吞普通咗啲)北京宮爆大蝦球心(好味,啲蝦足料既)烤北京填鴨(半隻)(啲肉夠味,塊皮好味過同公司既北X樓。)茶樹菇小豆苗(好欣賞,除左小豆苗同茶樹菇外,仲加咗啲芽菜,中和咗小豆苗既苦味)蔥油餅(好味,完全唔油,不過好易散)哈哈哈哈~~ 個小籠包係佢比錯咗。

「鴨子」規定晚市要 5 點半開始,冇得訂枱,齊一半人數先可進入。
