食精緻點心真係唔一定去酒樓,好似呢間咁我間唔中都幫襯下。呢間分店服務質素比一般酒樓高,而且上菜快,岩哂我。通常我會order「一龍大滿足」、鳳爪拼黑椒金錢肚。大滿足有6款唔同嘅點心:鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣、酸菜魚鳳眼餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、松露野菌晶瑩餃、筍尖蝦餃皇、斑蘭麻蓉桃形嘅包。每種餃有佢獨特嘅味道,皮薄餡料多,尤其是蝦餃內滿滿有彈性有蝦嘅餡料,沾一沾呢度好味嘅辣椒油,絕配。鳳爪同金錢肚好入味,一個點心食兩樣款色幾抵。飽肚之選我會食臘腸膶腸蒸雞飯,飯粒分明,臘味香味濃郁,屬水準以上。而厚切叉燒腸粉重點係唔會包叉燒碎而係叉燒件,口感滿足度大好多。西蘭花苗配薑茸原來又係好夾嘅食法,值得一試。

1.一龍大滿足:呢個一龍大滿足真係好豐富!入面有酸菜魚鳳眼餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、筍尖蝦餃皇、鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣、松露野菌晶瑩餃同斑蘭麻蓉桃子。每一款都係手工現做,水準超高。酸菜魚鳳眼餃好有創意,將酸菜魚嘅味道融入到餃子入面,好特別;蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃,蟹粉嘅鮮味同菠菜、蝦嘅味道融合得好完美;筍尖蝦餃皇就真係必食,蝦肉大粒又飽滿,爽口彈牙;鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣,的確係爆汁!鹹蛋黃嘅香味好突出,墨魚又好有口感;松露野菌晶瑩餃,松露同野菌嘅味道好濃郁;斑蘭麻蓉桃子,造型好得意,味道都唔錯,斑蘭嘅清香好正。
2.筍尖蝦餃皇:我真係要再講多次,呢個筍尖蝦餃皇真係必食!蝦肉大得誇張,咬落去好彈牙,筍尖又好爽口,增加咗好多層次感。我地食完一籠,即刻追加多一籠,真係太好食喇!
3.懷舊燒賣:呢個懷舊燒賣就好有傳統嘅滋味。燒賣皮彈牙,肉餡好紮實,咬落去好有口感,好食到停唔到口。
4.脆脆富貴紅米腸粉:呢個紅米腸粉都好正!口感好多重,入面有蝦肉、雜菜同脆衣,一齊咬落去,好美味。蝦肉嘅鮮甜、雜菜嘅清新同脆衣嘅香脆,交織出一種極致嘅味道。
5.蘿蔔絲酥:蘿蔔絲酥真係好懷舊好食!外皮好酥脆,一咬就碎,入面嘅蘿蔔絲煮得好入味,清甜可口,食起身好香。
6.章魚肉餅飯:呢個章魚肉餅飯都唔錯,肉質好嫩滑,份量都好足。章魚嘅味道好濃郁,同米飯一齊食,好滋味。


「龍點心」嘅手工現做原創點心,水準高質,味道一流,對於點心控黎講,真係一定要試!
