酒樓的點心既有懷舊,也有創新的,無論是老人家或年青人都很喜愛,用料也很足~脆脆富貴紅米腸粉~腸粉皮細滑,內裡包裹著脆卜卜的脆脆及彈牙蝦仁,口感層次豐富~厚切叉燒腸粉~叉燒相比平日茶樓吃到的更足料,有厚度~大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷~有點像春卷的,外層脆卜卜,內裡的蝦肉剛是塞得滿滿,足料香口~龍躉球蒸飯~龍躉球肥美肉香,都沒有魚骨,吃起來特別舒服;蒸飯的飯粒分明,帶點煙韌感,好吃~拉絲菠蘿包~外層的菠蘿包料很鬆脆,麵包鬆軟,內裡的芝士能拉出長長的拉絲,很滿足~ continue reading

最近發現到一間好正嘅點心店「龍點心」🫶,好有特色又好食😍,茶底又靚 🫖,我地揀左尊貴茗茶入面嘅冬栢烏龍,茶位先$15/人, 真係同其他飲茶唔同,好好飲❣️。我地見到以下幾款點心,食到好飽。😍一籠大滿足:有六款唔同既嘅點心,幾款餃類都有特色,例如藍色嘅松露野菌晶瑩餃💙,同埋綠色嘅蟹籽菠菜香蝦餃💚,真係第一次見,咁多款都好好味。🧡籠記陸寶燒賣拼盤:有六款唔同口味嘅燒賣,一次過可以試到咁多款特色又創新嘅口味。❣️脆脆富貴紅米腸粉:紅米做機腸粉包住脆脆加上新鮮嘅炸蝦,而且醬汁來得好慷慨,有三款比你自由配搭。💛龍炸拼:有四款炸物,其中大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷真係好正,其他三款都唔錯。 continue reading
