7. 辣子雞 - 今晚VIP! 應該係我食過最好食嘅辣子雞😍出面一般都係肉好少, 骨出奇地多, 哩度最抵讚係所有雞肉都用雞柳, 完全無骨! 而且炸到金黃色, 肉質又juicy, 加埋剛好嘅調味, perfect match!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
8. 蟹肉蛋白炒飯 - 食左咁多辣野叫個唔辣嘅炒飯中和下. 好有驚喜, 飯炒得乾身之餘食到啖啖蟹肉, 高質!

Overall食物質素唔錯, 加埋個靚景, 600蚊一個人都可以接受, 我會推介大家去試下😋

Please allowed me to public that what my family has gone through, here is the fact:

1. Bad attitude base on our ordering amount. We understood the charging policy, we supposed to spend fortune to celebrate with our dearest mother for her birthday. One of the waiter (John Yuen) kind of suspicious our spending power. His wording was so offend and here is the question:
John Yuen: Would you mind to stick with dining city dinner set which your current order amount is not fulfil
with the policy, HKD 800 difference is it a problem to you? (We totally understood how much we need order to cover the policy scheme before we picked this venue)

2. We sincerely asked for a favour to drop a blessing sentence on deserts twice before dinner kick off. At last, there was nothing on the desert plate. These let our family down with this arrangement. (With your curiosity, please check with our attached photo as in below)

3. Customer service was fully focus in payment term rather than answering any of my request. We wondered is there any charges on cake cutting section, but there was no reply from Hu Tong between our text conversation. Yes or No question wont be that difficult to deal with, right ?

Loads of restaurant in HK is having a hard time during covid situation, how could we support them if their service like this? Do we deserve this kind of treatment ?

🥢Seared Scallops
Didn't expect it to be served cold as it wasn't stated in the menu but it was still pretty raw inside so the texture was good

🥢Blue Mussels
This was a terrible dish to start with! Never had any mussels shrunken like these... Must have been cooked hours ago and put in the salamander to keep heating for hours

🥢Chilled Thinly-cut Pork in Chilli and Garlic Sauce
The pork was thinly sliced, a bit tough but as a garlic lover I couldn't refuse the mashed garlic

Unlimited - funnily enough this is the unlimited session but the quality is the best among other food
🥢Steamed Dim Sum
The steamed Dim Sum are overall okay. Served very hot

🥢Tiger Balm Fungus Bao
I did not finish it because the dough was too thick and filling. My friend described the appearance looked just like the plastic floor mat in the park

🥢Charcoal Crispy Pork Dumpling
Another black dish. Tasted just like normal Ham Sui Kok

🥢Deep-fried Dim Sum
Served hot and crispy. Btw they put the bamboo leaf upside down on the rice paper wrap dish lol

🥢Sichuan Chili Pepper Chicken
As the name says it's indeed chicken in chili. The taste was alright. Kind of spicy. But the chicken was overcooked and soooo dry

Main Course - here comes the most disappointing session
🍽️Wok-friend Cod in Sweet Chili and Oyster sauce
I almost thought I was having a two-dish-rice. Served only slightly warm. The asparagus were even cold

🍽️Kung Po Chili Prawn
Chili? Where's the chili? It's extra sweet and sour overcooked shrunken prawn

🍽️Grilled Lamb Rack with Fennel Seeds +$98
We had high expectations on this dish but none of us wanted to finish one rack .. It stated it was Mongolian style so I was hoping for some spices but turned out it was cooked in sweet charsiu sauce. I understand they wanna please more westerners but can't they describe the dish better on the menu? I definitely didn't want more sweet dish because the other two we picked were sweet and we wanted a balance. Also the lamb was totally overcooked, as tough as an unprocessed pork chop... This is honestly worse than buffet quality food

🍚Chicken and Egg Fried Rice with Yunnan Ham
Another precooked dish straight from the salamander or rice cooker. Whatever. No wok hei and so little ingredients inside

🍰Dessert Platter
Very pretty dessert platter as a finish. I didn't want any of the desserts because I was too full and had enough of sweet main courses

Overall the portion of the menu was huge but not enjoyable. We did not order any of the unlimited dishes again. They also had some optional signature dishes that guests might order like peking duck and barbecued pork. The server was attentive, kept refilling champagne and water.

大家一定要食左粒mochi先!食晒其餘兩款先食,先發現mochi帶微温 原本應該係熱嘅!入面嘅流心海鹽焦糖朱古力醬好濃好好食!但記住要一啖過!如果唔係會bit晒啲醬岀黎。豆腐Panna cotta軟滑,係好天然嘅豆香,好濃豆味又唔甜。是日為烏龍茶雪糕,茶香突岀,同樣唔會太甜。

叫咗一個豆腐奶凍同烏龍茶雪糕,奶凍一入口即溶,而且豆腐味好濃,可以話係我食過最幼滑嘅奶凍!雪糕口感都好幼滑,而且食落唔會死甜,不過都係奶凍完勝!

順便一提,點咗一個桂花甜酒,飲落好特別,而且好易入口,值得一試

今日12月24日,特登提早訂枱慶祝生日及慶祝聖誕節,點知發生不愉快嘅事。因節日關係,餐廳當日所有人都是食套餐的,我們剛坐下來,該女侍應詢問我們需要點飲料嗎?我們還未看飲品menu ,女侍應就講,不如叫杯水飲先?我們話好,女侍應講咗兩個不知名英文,我們就話是但啦,其後上咗一支用玻璃樽裝住的水,該名女侍應並沒有告知我們支水要收費,其後我們再嗌多一支。之後賣單時亦無發覺不妥,其後想想,為什麼付了$700訂金仍然要收費$1388,後來才查看收據,原來該瓶水要收費$88一支,總共兩支。我們致電到該餐廳,打了很多次電話一直沒有人接聽,我覺得水要收費不是問題,但是否應該要告知客人呢?再加上我不是指住Menu對該侍應講:我要呢支水。只是該女職員問我們不如先叫一杯水飲住先?我們話好,但沒有告知我們水要收費喎!雖然今天是節日,但係都不用這樣“劏客”掛,既然餐廳沒有人接聽電話,於是決定到OpenRice寫評論,希望各位在此餐廳用餐後埋單時注意收費。

This is a spectacular special event restaurant that is heads and tails above and beyond its former 1 Peking location. The interior design shows gobs of money well spent. Dinner is dark dark so views of the harbor and Island-side cityscape are breathtaking. Food and service match prices, which is saying a lot. A beautiful evening and despite its premium experience I will happily return.
