「胡同」一詞來自蒙古語,北方人以此形容主要街道之間、通往民居的角落小巷。這所坐擁超過20年歴史的餐廳,希望食客能於古色古香的氛圍中,感受老北京文化。於2021年搬遷到現址的胡同,裝潢氣派優雅,走廊的磚牆以大紅燈籠點綴,模仿傳統四合院,加上中式木系風格以及精緻的裝飾細節,確實感受到其設計之用心。用餐區域樓底什高,非常寬敞,更設有酒吧區域,提供特色中式cocktail。這次於晚上到訪,氛暗的燈光加上一覽無遺的維港景色,甚有氣氛。餐廳的裝潢和景色雖無可挑剔,但食物質素非常一般。餐點的賣相精緻、上餐過程吸睛,味道卻是頗令人失望。馳名的片皮鴨沒有鴨油香,肉質較干,鴨皮亦不脆薄。其他食物不是不好吃,只是味道不過不失,以這個價錢來說,性價比實在是很低。

任食點心整體質素都唔錯!講到我最鍾意嘅一定係泡椒蝦餃,有大大粒彈牙蝦肉,超足料!食落好香泡椒,好惹味!皮厚薄適中,唯獨熱到岀晒煙咁食嘅時候 質地唔夠煙韌,嘆凍啲反而好食啲。

印象最深刻一定係糯米糍!入面嘅流心海鹽焦糖朱古力醬好濃好好食!但最好一啖過!如果唔係會bit晒啲醬岀黎


綠茶奶凍滑溜奶味重,帶淡淡茶甘香,甜度適中~ 辣味朱古力撻真係有少少辣同麻喎,唯獨撻皮唔太脆。檸檬慕絲撻皮反而夠香脆,仲唔會太甜幾清新~
