一走出電梯門,我穿越了?四周燈光昏暗。古式古風的磚牆,古代大戶人家的的燈籠,轉眼間來到了老北京。心情雀躍的在大門附近的裝飾牆打了卡。店員引領,穿過一連串的藍色時光走廊,又回來了熟悉的維多利亞港兩岸。看著美麗的維港海景用餐,美景美食相伴,實屬一大享受。點了套餐,店員陸續上菜,服務殷勤有禮。2道前菜很是開胃。擂椒皮蛋的組合對我來說很新鮮,但味道非常的搭配,有點辣,但很好吃!另一道魚香海鮮蓮藕餅調味也很讚,蓮藕口感清爽。三蔥爆炒龍蝦,炒得很香,龍蝦肉彈牙。重頭戲是席前即燒的火焰胡椒片皮鴨,火焰的演出讓人很是驚喜。鴨皮燒過後口感特別香脆,油香味重,味道濃郁,份量還超級大! 可以4個人分享也夠。其後有小魚菜苗,魚湯味鮮,蔬菜苗也很新鮮嫩,清清淡淡的很合時。緊接著是主食:北海道帶子蔥油拌麵。蔥油香味突出,拌麵口感Q彈,而且很掛汁。醬汁感覺愈吃愈辣,但很過癮!最後是超級美的甜點,牡丹花海,美的讓人不忍吃下呀。我們穿梭古今,過了一個開心的夜晚。 continue reading
