最近工作忙碌,到了週末,找了朋友喝個小酒放鬆一下。在寶勒巷走著,有一間新開的串燒店向我們招手,看到價錢合理,便去一試。舖頭在商業大廈的地鋪,但位置非常隱蔽,進去發現包了場!經侍者介紹,點了些海鮮。美國珍寶蠔十分巨型,如吃生蠔般,非常重海水味,裙邊和帶子爽口,肉身有一點creamy,雖然索價60元一隻,但一分錢一分貨,非常出色。另外點樣了招牌海蝦,表面灑上了孜然粉,蝦殼香脆,蝦頭充滿蝦膏,肥美香口,而且肉質結實彈牙,非常出色。還有燒大扇貝,配以蒜蓉甜豉油燒香,帶子爽口,鮮味十足,裙邊亦爽口。三道海鮮都非常出色。最後例牌叫了一些烤肉和蔬菜。水準不錯,雞肉和各種蔬菜不會過老,大部分都是用孜然粉調味,十分香口,吃得好不過癮。而且還會用燒熱的石頭保溫,十分細心。侍者另外還請我們吃甜品,是自製的心太軟。朱古力雖然稍甜,但朱古力漿熱度十足,大滿足。我們一直都是包場!這裡海鮮質素十分之高 ,其他肉類和蔬菜價錢合理,質素不俗。而且侍者有禮,服務不錯。可能因為位置問題,路人都難以發現。希望他們守得住,有機會再次光顧。

到泰國餐廳經常會選吃明爐烏頭,來到串燒店亦不忘選了一道泰式燒魚,燒魚用了一層粗鹽所遮蓋,進食時需自行翻開鹽巴及皮身。店方所用的是鰂魚,魚肚位置加入了少量調味品,魚肉入口嫩滑,帶微鹹及香茅味,以$108這價錢來說,份量適中,適合3-4人分享。

海鹽燒皇牌牛舌 $42

串燒大堆頭地一次過放到熱石大板上,有牛舌、雞翼、豬柳、雞柳及台灣腸等。而我就選了海鹽燒皇牌牛舌,大大片的牛舌厚薄適中,表面帶微焦,入口鬆軟香嫩,香口非常,不愧是皇牌牛舌!

雖然金菇肥牛卷不能算得上是特色串燒,但這裡所用的醬汁屬店方自製,老闆還突意跟我們介紹這醬汁是經過6小時餚製,跟一般的照燒汁有著不一樣的味道,而我就覺得這裡的照燒汁比一般的更甜味道更加濃郁。

法式焦糖燉蛋是店內唯一的甜品,正好適合每次晚飯過後,總愛吃點甜食的我。燉蛋的上層同樣有著一層焦糖脆面,賣相跟一般法式焦糖燉蛋無異,但味道上卻是不太一樣。焦糖底下的燉蛋,入口富濃濃的蛋香,不過基於蛋味太重,所以忌廉味稍為被蓋過了,所以口感跟中式燉蛋有點相似,然而甜度適中,感覺特別
