星期日晚我們來到寶勒巷吃串燒。這間店的門面有點隱閉。入內是酒吧格局,枱椅以高桌為主。裝潢設計雖然有點陳舊,但是環境仍算清潔。燒美國珍寶生蠔 ($48)生蠔約有6吋長,沒有特別的調味。個人喜歡燒得乾身一點的燒蠔。這個好像熱的生蠔,感覺有些怪。燒蜜糖牛油粟米 (左,$19/2件)粟米粒飽滿及火喉到位,蜜糖及牛油味充足。日本霜降和牛串 (中,$59)牛味濃厚,脂肪均勻。燒新鮮白鱔 (右,$64)鮮甜可口,外皮燒得脆脆,口感也不錯不腥。燒美式豬肋排(半份)($88)肉質稍硬,調味都可以。總括而言,價錢不便宜,不過在Openrice 預先訂位有折扣優惠。

整體服務唔錯,上串燒嘅速度算幾平均,唔會太急,又唔會等太耐。而幾款「本土味」重嘅串燒,確喺有賣點,值得一試!加上地點就脚,真喺幾個老友記約埋隊吓啤酒,食吓特色串燒,已經可以喺件好開心嘅事啦。

平時最鍾意重口味既我當然係孜然粉串燒既忠實fans😄呢間串燒店瑟縮響大廈嘅一角,靜靜地又有手工啤飲,仲有三部零死角電視,正燒勁辣魚片頭,純粹係為左睇下佢有勁辣而叫,果然冇令我失望😊大蜆勁新鮮,好重海水味,隻隻都好飽滿,燒完都仲係勁鮮味,燒得剛剛熟,唔會韌金菇牛肉卷,牛肉唔會係得啖膏既肥牛,不過我就唔太鍾意燒汁呢隻大頭蝦勁大隻又多膏芝士尖椒燒豆卜,本身諗緊豆卜又點樣同尖椒結合,原來係切碎左既尖椒同芝士釀入豆卜裡面😘蒜蓉茄子必點係常識吧燒雞翼當然係壓軸登場

見到book枱有7折,所以試下囉,由於得兩個人,所以唔係食左好多野,但覺得最正係鵝肝多士,同埋燒菠蘿。芝士響鈴好特別,亦可一試。其他食物不過不失。不過座位比較少,walkin就可能要等。上枱既食物,係會比一隻燒熱左既鐵板你,放喺上面,等啲野食唔洗攤到凍晒,好細心既服務。
