同事帶 L 到尖沙咀一間隱世烤物店,貪其位於大廈大堂內遠離街外人,是一個就腳的 蛇竇。店內裝潢格局有點像於沖繩美日混血的居酒屋。先來一客燒馬來西亞大蜆,全部都很大隻,而且鮮甜。如果想吃得濃味一點可以點隨碟附送的泰式辣汁,酸酸辣辣很惹味。食烤物又怎可缺少啤酒呢,這裡更有泰啤選擇, 當然絕配!珍寶大扇貝配蒜蓉粉絲平常於酒樓蒸就吃得多,燒就較小吃到。 很大隻值得一讚是經已去掉內臟,而且都算入味。燒玉桂焦糖金菠蘿真的要吃,菠蘿被切成一小口後面上塗上糖漿再烤,咬下去滲出香甜可口的菠蘿汁,面上那層糖漿凝固而成的焦糖、加上玉桂粉的香氣,嘗甜的一定喜歡。鹽燒黑豚肉龍躉卷很矜貴, 黑豚肉與龍躉肉的質感味道都不同咬落去,有層次得來亦很複雜。辛苦得來自在食,最合適辛苦工作過後要享受。至於籽然燒韮菜就當然惹味啦!燒娃娃菜都不錯但內裡假如不較乾身就更理想。這個蛇竇的確很正,冇介紹錯!
