幾個月前和朋友吃過一次覺得味道很好,這晚和另一個朋友再訪,叫了一些沒吃過的菜式。🐖黑毛豬叉燒黃牌不可不試,叉燒肥瘦適中,咬下去軟糯,有入口即溶的效果,而叉燒醬甜度剛好。🐮張公子牛肋排是晚驚艷的菜式,燜煮得非常軟滑,入口散開的感覺。🦐艷影蝦球這道菜非常出名,外層炸粉超薄,大蝦爽口彈牙,配搭甜酸檸檬醬,非常開胃。⭐海皇花膠羹花膠不少,裏面有蝦粒和蛋花,非常可口。總體來講,每道菜的味道都非常出衆,厨師功力深厚!值得再訪!
