巴西燒烤在香港不太常見,說起來還有點童年回憶,以前在維園就有一間,長大了經常想找回那個味道。於是的稍微 Google 一下, 找到了位於中環蘭桂芳的「Braza Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse」。甫進餐廳坐下後,職員便奉上芝士球及牛油餐包。芝士球是巴西國民小食,因此在吃巴西菜的餐桌上總會見到它的身影。巴西燒烤最特別之處就是,侍應會拿著一串串的烤肉走均全場,問食客是否需要。每檯入座時均會給予一塊用來回答用的小牌,當將「I am still Hungry」一面放在檯上時,侍應就會拿著肉串過來。如果翻起另一邊「No more thank you」則表示,已經夠飽不用再添烤肉。喜歡吃牛的食肉獸真的不要錯過。另外,餐廳除了提供不同的肉扒任吃外,還有香腸、薯條及雞腿可選,亦包沙律及小吃吧。小吃吧方面,只有青口比較特別,其他沒有甚麼特別。 總結來說,肉類整體比較重口味,這或就是巴西燒烤特別之處吧。肉類烤得恰到好處,也源源不絕送上,還沒吃過巴西燒烤我也會推薦一下,畢竟平日下午也座無虛席,可見其質素之高。 continue reading

這是一家是我想去很久的巴西餐廳,今次趁着疫情人比較少的時候,終於有機會到了。餐廳裝修理所當然地是南美的風格,座位也很寬鬆。這家餐廳的特色是每相隔一段時間服務員就會為你端上剛剛烤好的肉類到你面前,他會以鐵枝串起烤好的肉,然後可以自行選擇並且要求他切多大的肉給你,最重要是份量並冇限制,非常適合大胃王前來。他們有自助吧,食物是一般是自助餐有的東西,也就是沙律、湯、芝士火腿等等,但記着不要吃太多,主菜肉類還陸續有來。肉類方面,佢哋有好多種唔同嘅肉類供應,餐牌上豬牛雞各有七至八種,而我那天大約吃了三至四種。其中值得推介是Short Ribs (牛小排),是位於牛肋和牛肩中間的部分,肉質非常鮮嫩,而且它有一些油脂,吃起帶有油香,廚師烤至三至四成熟,口感非常好,必定要試。另外豬肉香腸也不錯,只是吃太多會太油膩,所以我只要了半條。至於羊肉我個人覺得騷味太強,而且肉質粗糙,不行。另外西冷牛排煮得太熟,朝味太重也不好吃。但總括來說,大部份的肉類也是不錯,而且300多元在蘭桂坊吃烤肉放題已經值回票價。 continue reading

巴西烤肉自助餐兩星期,去了兩次第一次,網上book $168 +1 整體感覺ok,人客比較少,環境寧靜order了sparkling water ,沒有告訴我們收費,埋單才知道要加 $58第二次去,因為網上book唔到5位,用電話booking但這次去很嘈吵,食物來得很少 (都是香腸為主)埋單收 $218 +1 職員說電話booking沒有優惠只能網上book再聯絡他們改人數垃圾服務不會再光顧lunch buffetvisited twice these two weeksfirst time, online booking $168 +1overall is ok, not much customers, quite comfortable and quietordered sparkling water without knowing addition price of $58second time, we cannot book online for 5 people , so we did phone bookingbut this time the environment is noisy, food comes a few and slow (sausages and sausages..)we paid $218 +1 they say there is no discount by booking via phone, we need to online book 4 people, and ask them to change to 5.Ridiculous service.never go again. continue reading

巴西燒烤這四個字, 絕對是我的兒時回憶, 除了比起一般自助餐便宜, 侍應拿着鐵柱串著的烤肉, 在人群中穿梭, 以及週邊播放着的森巴音樂, 也令我有著除了味覺外, 視覺及聽覺的回憶. 還以為巴西燒烤在香港已經銷聲匿跡, 原來中環蘭桂坊還有一家主打巴西燒烤的餐廳, 午餐任食沙律和前菜, 還有烤肉類作主食, 每位也只是百多元, 時光彷彿回流到二十多年前初嚐巴西燒烤的日子. 價格便宜但並不馬虎, 像是前菜有Feijoada, 也就是巴西國菜的豆燉肉, 黑豆煲得很腍而起沙, 獨特的豆香和外表不會是人人喜愛, 但就是一吃難忘的口感和味道. 另外蒜香油飯的蒜蓉味香而不嗆, 加上橄欖油煮成的油亮外表, 作為配菜比起薯條, 味道層次更多, 也更健康.餐廳名字中的Churrascaria就是處理巴西燒烤, 也就是Churrasco的地方, 而Churrasco的三個重要元素是任食(直到你投降為止), 鐵串串起的烤肉, 以及侍應在食客面前用刀片起烤肉. 這裡的烤肉最重要的一種, 當然是最近大熱的Picanha, 也就是Rump Cap, 即是臀腰肉蓋, 是牛扒中其中一個最有肉香而又最少脂肪的部份, 這裏烤的熟度是介乎Medium Rare到Medium之間 m, 纖維較多但口感不會死實, 連外面烤香的薄皮一起吃, 爽彈實在的口感是其他部位不能給予的. 除了Picanha外, 也有大路的如Sirloin Steak及雞脾等選擇, 當中的香腸內裡夾著半融的脂肪粒, 除了提供不同的口感, 油香味也不會令人反感, 當然吃完之後的數餐, 就應該要食素, 這樣才能減輕我的罪惡感呢! continue reading
