最後一定要介紹這一個鹵水鵝肝, 鵝肝口感棉滑,可謂入口即溶。 火喉拿捏得準確, 保留了肝臟應有的那份細滑細緻。點一下白醋,  平衡了鵝肝的油膩感, 令人都吃幾塊也沒有罪疚感。

【 汕頭煎蠔烙】 即是我哋常食開的潮式蠔餅, 蠔烙金黃鬆脆, 蠔仔肉大大粒, 非常之肥美。 而且用料十足, 每一口都帶有蠔仔肉, 點少少魚露, 更能帶出鮮味。

星期二從鄉下回到香港,晚上不想煮飯,於是到家對面的陳儀興尚潮樓吃晚飯。首先先上功夫茶,小小一杯,每人有兩杯,另外茶芥$15一位。滷水鵝片鵝片肉質不會韌,有很多片,蘸醋或辣椒醬吃都很好吃,下面還有嫩嫩的豆腐。潮州凍馬友第一次吃凍馬友,魚肉很新鮮又嫩滑,一點兒也不腥,但要注意會有魚骨。豆醬炒通菜份量很多,通菜新鮮又嫩,炒得很美味。胡椒鹹菜鮮豬肚湯豬肚完全不會苦,湯的胡椒味很出,是好喝的湯。潮州白粥白粥很綿之外還吃得到顆粒感,清清地,很下火。
