接落嚟就係無食等如無嚟過沙田嘅雞粥啦,口感綿滑,清雞湯嘅味道加上姜葱提味,小時候食宵夜嘅味道反晒嚟。

住大圍的街坊無人不知老字號<<新強記>>,主打雞粥,燒鵝,燒乳鴿。每次到大圍探朋友,指定動作先去嘆乳鴿,雞粥,一盅兩件,再上朋友家打攪一番。椒鹽魷魚鬚炸得金黃酥脆,熱辣辣非常香口惹味。蝦餃皮薄晶瑩,啖淡蝦肉。芋絲春卷外皮香脆,內裡是熱呼呼的芋頭肉碎餡兒,每口都非常滿足。雞札用上真真正正的魚肚而不是豬皮,十分足料。千層糕小時候最愛點心之一,心機之作,很多酒樓現在都會做了,在這裡可以吃到,甜甜的奶黃咸蛋香,是兒時的味道。雞粥點了一人份量的,想不到份量頗大的,雞味鮮,味道很不錯。乳鴿最後必點這裡馳名的燒乳鴿,要求原隻上原汁原味,店家也細心的附上手套。熱呼呼的乳鴿一撕開有肉汁流出來,外皮又香又脆,肉嫩,真香!今餐真是大滿足~

今日同老公一齊放假,去大圍行下,行下行下,去到一間以前同拍拖老公撐枱腳食嘅酒樓,所以決定入去回味下過去。入到去裝修同以前一樣好有懷舊風味,睇下佢啲食物有冇唔同,個餐牌同以前一樣都係啲懷舊菜。唔講咁多畀大家睇下我叫咗咩餸。招牌乳鴿:即叫即炸,外皮好脆,入面充滿肉汁,而且醃得好入味,同我以前食嘅味道一模一樣 。菠蘿生炒骨:食過咁多間都係覺得大圍呢間老牌酒樓最好食,佢啲炸漿唔會好厚,而且唔會炸到過曬火,粒粒都包住曬甜酸醬,好餸飯。金銀蛋浸時蔬:唔好睇少咁簡單嘅菜,要煮得好食一啲都唔易,佢可以當菜食又可以飲埋啲湯,一味兩食。瑤柱蛋白炒飯:又係一啲簡單但考手工嘅錯,炒飯炒到粒粒分明,一啲都唔油,配以簡單嘅食材,做到出色嘅效果同味道,真係一啲都唔簡單,好考廚師嘅手勢。咁耐冇嚟估唔到大廚餘一同以前一樣咁有水準。所以大家一定要多啲黎幫襯等佢可以長做長有,我哋可以一路都有得食。

大圍出名食乳鴿,今日專登嚟到食。乳鴿卜卜脆,又夠熱,外皮有油光。咬落去有鴿香,燒過之味道。飲返杯熱茶的確好正。是日羊腩煲大賣,我地都唔執輸叫返個,估唔到大大煲好抵食!食完個人暖笠笠,羊腩炆得夠林,連湯汁送飯非常惹味。加埋菜入去滾,有羊香。呢度小炒都唔錯,炒左碟四季豆,有肉碎,肉碎香辣更惹味。海鮮有鮑魚,我地3個人一人兩隻剛剛好呀! 鮑魚都好新鮮呀!坐下食下肉下茶,都食左兩個鐘。再嘆下茶食埋個紅豆沙,捧住肚子回家去!

因為疫情關係,好耐都未同一班朋友去過茶樓飲茶,今日難得嚟開大圍,朋友便推薦去佢屋企附近既新強記共進午餐。首先我地點左新強記既有名菜式:乳鴿。乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,非常juicy~ 一人食一隻都唔會覺得膩~必叫之選!其後亦叫左各式各樣嘅點心,我最欣賞嘅係酥炸豆腐同埋燒賣。點心都係新鮮出爐,上枱時都係熱辣辣,特別是燒賣上枱時,好似流沙包咁大粒,好震撼!我地嗌到成枱都係點心,最後食唔哂要打包,真係好滿足嘅一餐~!

屯馬線開通咁耐都未有幾會搭,放假同屋企人搭過去睇下有咩玩,緊係上網揾下有咩好玩好食。就係咁就去左大圍,試下新強記既雞粥。大圍站一出已經見到新強記,個招牌有D古式,好似以前大戶人家既裝潢,一睇就知老字號,上網做左功課,知道佢地最出名既係雞粥,燒鵝同乳鴿緊係要叫黎試下。雞粥叫左例牌,燒鵝就叫左下半庄半隻例牌,乳鴿本來叫一隻,太好味食食下又叫多隻,再叫左點心食。估唔到例牌既雞粥我地4個人食,可以一人有2碗😚,勁足料,粥好香雞味,又夠晒綿,雞肉又好滑,個女不停添雞件食。燒鵝肥瘦適中,咬落唔肥膩,又滑又多汁。 乳鴿即叫即炸,炸到個皮脆卜卜,好怕食家禽食到鞋烚烚痴晒牙,佢地既果然係出名餸,3款都又正又好食。其餘飲茶點心有鵪鶉蛋燒賣, 鮮蝦菜苗餃 鹹水餃等 ,都好正,不過叫太多食唔哂要打包😅下次再黎食過,識叫就唔怕喇👍🏻
