雞粥其實沙田新強記燒鵝海鮮酒家都好出名,酒家除左雞粥,亦有燒鵝、乳鴿一樣都好出名,今日我地特意黎新強記食雞粥,除了雞粥,我地都點了三款小菜。沙田新強記雞粥(大)嘩嘩嘩,好大兜,雞粥上浮了一層香醇雞油,可見雞粥非常足料,入面有好多雞件,連埋雞一齊煮,雞的鮮味與粥互相融合,口感綿滑。金牌燒乳鴿(2隻)餐廳已經幫忙一開四,乳鴿燒得皮脆肉嫩,已經相當入味,不沾任何醬汁都已經好好食。菠蘿生炒骨有我至愛我菠蘿生炒骨,生炒骨如果脆一點會更好,味道酸甜醒胃,送飯一流椒鹽脆豆腐炸得非常香脆的脆豆腐,加上椒鹽,味道更惹味,佐酒一流

收工最鍾意約埋同事去食晚飯,今日我哋就揀咗去大圍都幾有名嘅沙田新強記燒鵝海鮮酒家,新強記最有名嘅菜式梗係燒鵝啦,同埋雞粥。 新強記燒鵝皇(例)燒鵝外皮非常香脆,肉質細緻,鮮嫩多汁,上碟時還是熱辣辣的。大家都好鍾意食,一上檯即刻箸如雨下,好快就食曬。 蒜蓉蒸鮑魚(6隻) 清蒸鮑魚有兩個口味可以揀,分別係蒜蓉蒸鮑魚,陳皮蒸鮑魚。 今日就揀咗蒜蓉蒸鮑魚, 有咩好處? 就係可以保存海鮮嘅鮮美, 垂涎欲滴嘅鮑魚上邊,只有蒜蓉 ,仲有少少蔥花作為點綴,令到呢度菜生色不少。 想不到晚飯後,餐廳竟然還有廣東傳統糖水供應,有紅豆沙和綠豆沙的選擇。紅豆沙散發出陣陣陳皮的清香,吃完唇齒留香。綠豆沙裡面有海帶,不但能清熱解毒,而且非常適合飯後食用。

想不到晚飯後,餐廳竟然還有廣東傳統糖水供應,有紅豆沙和綠豆沙的選擇。
紅豆沙散發出陣陣陳皮的清香,吃完唇齒留香。
綠豆沙裡面有海帶,不但能清熱解毒,而且非常適合飯後食用。
