其實呢一間喺大圍火車站旁邊嘅茶樓,自己都嚟食過好多次,但係自從搬咗出九龍之後,嚟呢度嘅頻密程度就比以前少,今日同阿媽嚟一齊食,就同佢再食一次呢度嘅燒鵝。呢度最出名就係佢哋嘅燒鵝,我係一定會叫,嚟到嘅時候,燒鵝嘅外皮已經反晒光,燒得非常香脆。而且咬落去嘅時候佢冇一種好難受嘅騷味,反而有一種好強嘅汁香味,烤得非常好。食燒鵝,一定要配上米粉或者瀨粉,我阿媽比較鍾意食瀨粉,所以我哋就叫咗一碗,佢嘅奶粉同我哋傳統想像,喺街市買嘅都幾唔一樣,反而我幾鍾意佢嘅幼身,索得更加多汁。呢一個強身羊肚菌燉雞湯係我嘅至愛,就咁睇佢奶白色嘅湯,已經睇得出裏面嘅用料非常充足,一啖飲落去嘅時候,係濃濃嘅香菌味,鍾意食菇,或者食菌嘅人應該會幾鍾意。再之後就係嚟到呢個嘅美國無花果行汁燉白肺,佢嘅豬肺爽脆,唔軔,而且個湯都有溯郁嘅花旗參味,食完燒鵝之後,我覺得都係要清一清熱。再嚟就係呢一個飲茶都幾常叫嘅煎薄餅,佢係新鮮煎起嘅,份量應該夠四個人食,夠薄而且有火腿嘅肉香味,幾唔錯。
