今日放工去左試鰂魚涌新開既冰室,之前其實都聽過,荃灣有分店而且都幾出名,所以係公司附近就去試試!餐牌望落款款都好吸引😂😂樓下冰室最出名既係蕃茄濃湯通粉同招牌瑞士雞脾,所以就點左依個,原來係有set一次過試晒兩樣架,點左特色蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋再配瑞士雞脾。首先個蕃茄濃湯通粉都算真材實料,店鋪係用上新鮮蕃茄、豬骨、雞骨去熬十小時,唔怪之出黎唔係好水個重,都稠稠地有蕃茄粒,酸酸甜甜好開胃!提提個滑蛋都幾好食,因為用牛乳炒👍🏻而瑞士雞脾烹煮時間控制得唔錯,雞脾肉煮得幾嫩滑,而且都真係好入味,瑞士汁好香,配酸酸甜甜既通粉可以中和返個飽膩感🙌🏻另外點左叉燒滑蛋飯,又係去親冰室都要試試佢既水準!滑蛋唔係做到好半熟既效果,不過都幾滑!而叉燒就做得幾唔錯,半肥瘦岩岩好,食落蜜汁味都幾重。叉燒蛋飯另一個精綷係甜豉油同蔥花😍甜鼓油真係夠哂撈飯,蔥花更吊一吊蛋香。同場加映左極邪惡芝士煎蛋豬扒包,包係烘到脆左既,熱辣辣上碟,中間塊豬排好大塊😍😍口感唔韌,食落都唔會乾爭爭,配埋芝士蛋倍添口感。最後係飲品,都簡左兩款店鋪招牌。分別係綠椰冰同華田脆脆。所有飲品跟餐有半價!綠椰冰其實姐係紅豆冰既變化,變左用綠豆。而
