冬天想吃糯米飯,糯米炒膏蟹以煲仔上,香噴噴熱騰騰的熱氣上升,十分誘人。本地鹹淡水膏蟹,蟹肉美味,橙紅色的蟹膏特別多,那份甘香味實在一流。

黑色的燒鵝你見過未?中西合璧,破格出色。

飯店採用6斤半的黑棕鵝,醃製用上黑松露和秘製醬汁, 風乾後即叫即燒。所以燒鵝外層脆皮呈黑色,光亮如玻璃。

鵝肉嫩滑,鵝味濃郁,再沾沾帶有黑松露味的酸甜醬汁。以黑松露提升香氣同味道,非常有特色。

甜品我就揀左紅棗糕,個人特別鍾意啲煙煙韌韌既糕點,味道就有少少似年糕咁,都幾香甜架😋呢個size細細件就剛剛好

雖然個餐價錢唔貴,但野食其實都唔少架,基本上個炒米粉食完都已經七成飽左😅另外金磚豆腐我都好推介㗎,一個餐有齊咁多野食😝真係好抵玩

去開調頸嶺見客做野,見有間小神燈開左係細商場果邊,之前有聽過朋友去做冬會去佐敦果間神燈話好正,好奇上網睇下小神燈有無關,原來係姊妹店所以夜晚收工約老婆同佢幾個家人去試下。(因為外母外夫大人同佢呀哥成家都住日出康城過黎都算方便)首先想先讚下佢地個AR餐牌,真係第一次見可以用手提app睇到識郁既菜式,我地玩左一大輪覺得好搞笑,佢呀哥個女仲想摸下隻燒鵝咁😅結果我地叫咗個黑松露燒鵝,因為平時都係食一般燒鵝,所以想試下新野,其實本身覺得有點貴,但咁多人share無所謂啦,結果真係無後悔!個皮勁脆同有松露香味,點埋個汁真係好正,我地好快已經ko左好多。另外個蟹糯米飯煲都好正,d飯有蟹鮮真係好難得。仲有菠菜豆腐盒、蝦多士、水晶雞都無一樣覺得伏,無錯唔係茶餐廳價錢,但講真呢d手工菜係將軍澳第一次食到,而家好多時食d中式野真係覺得好hea無心機煮,但呢度真係食得出一種心機,同埋創新之餘仲要好食,香港真係越黎越少。但有樣野好想彈一彈,個茶杯雖然好得意,但好細隻呢🤣大隻返少少就好囉。但個茶壺真係令我好有回憶!我細個屋食就係用呢隻壺!
